The pump room is provided with a circulating water pump, the pump room is connected with the slag flushing port of the blast furnace through a pipeline, the pump room is also connected with a circulating water suction well through a pipeline, and a sedimentation tank is arranged in the sedimentation system.

At present, the slag flushing water system of an iron works has the problems of easy scaling and serious harm to equipment and pipelines due to scaling, and the scaling is caused by the following reasons: (1) the system introduces other external wastewater, such as sintering plant desulfurization wastewater, converter steelmaking dedusting wastewater and the like, which contains a large amount of salts, so that system equipment and pipelines are easy to scale; (2) various salts are dissolved in the recycled slag flushing water, the concentration of the salts is increased along with the evaporation of water during gradual cooling, crystals are separated out when the concentration of the salts reaches a saturated state, and the crystals are deposited on the water passing surface in the pipeline to form compact scale; (3) a large amount of dissolved oxygen in the slag flushing water can cause electrochemical corrosion, chloride ions and sulfate ions in the slag flushing water can cause pitting corrosion on the metal surface of the pipeline, corrosion products are deposited on the water passing surface of the pipeline, and scales such as ferric oxide are formed.
After the equipment such as pipelines, water pumps and the like in the slag flushing water system of the iron works are scaled, if the equipment and the pipelines are not cleaned in time, the operation efficiency of the equipment and the pipelines is reduced due to the scaling, the energy consumption and the material consumption are increased, and the blast furnace is forced to stop production under severe conditions, so that severe economic loss is caused. CETSA also has rust-proofing properties and prevents the pipeline from rusting. CETSA has good water solubility, has good corrosion and scale inhibition performance in a wide pH range, has good biodegradability compared with common industrial and household detergents, is extremely easy to biodegrade, is phosphorus-free and environment-friendly, and does not cause environmental pollution.
The polyether polyamino methylene phosphonate N-oxide is a macromolecular phosphonate scale inhibitor, has dispersing capacity, has good effect when being used for a circulating water system, is stable in sewage, is difficult to be oxidized and degraded by heavy metal ions in the sewage, and can continuously play a dispersing role.
The acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer (T-225) has the functions of scale inhibition and dispersion, has good inhibition effect on the formation and deposition of calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, zinc salt and calcium phosphate scale, also has good dispersion performance on ferric oxide, sludge, clay and oil scale, and has good miscibility of T-225 and organic phosphate.
The hydrochloric acid can dissolve the deposition of carbonate, silicate, phosphate, iron oxide scale, aluminum scale and the like, and can maintain the acidity of the cleaning agent and prevent the hydrolysis of metal ions such as iron ions, aluminum ions and the like.
Diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid (DTPMPA) is non-toxic, is easy to dissolve in an acidic solution, is generally used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water in water treatment, has good scale and corrosion inhibition effects and good temperature resistance, and can inhibit the generation of carbonate and sulfate scales.
The diisooctyl maleate sulfonate, also called succinate sulfonate and quick penetrant T, is a high-efficiency penetrant and has the advantages of good wetting property and quick and uniform penetration.

The method for cleaning the slag flushing water system of the ironworks of this example is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 1
The slag flushing water system for the iron works is cleaned by the water treatment agent, and the water treatment agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 4% of glycolic acid, 13% of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid (HEDP), 8% of 2-phosphonic acid butane-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA), 6% of ethylene diamine tetra methylene phosphonic acid sodium (EDTMP-Na), 6% of polyacrylic acid (PAA-H), 7% of hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA), 10% of acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer (AA/AMPS), 6% of trisodium phosphate, 1% of Benzotriazole (BTA), 15% of isothiazolinone, 4% of 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid (HPPA) and 20% of softened water.
The water treatment agent is prepared by a conventional mixing method.
The water treatment agent was used to clean a slag flushing water system of an iron works according to the cleaning method of example 1.
Comparative example 2
The slag flushing water system for the iron works is cleaned by the water treatment agent, and the water treatment agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 3% of sulfamic acid, 8% of 2-phosphonic butane-1, 2, 4-tricarboxylic acid (PBTCA), 6% of polyaminopolyether methylene Phosphonic Acid (PAPEMP), 6% of hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA), 8% of maleic acid-acrylic acid copolymer (MA-AA), 8% of acrylic acid-2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid copolymer (AA/AMPS), 6% of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1% of methylbenzotriazole (TTA), 1% of ammonium molybdate, 15% of isothiazolinone, 5% of glutaraldehyde, 13% of aminotrimethylene phosphonic Acid (ATMP) and 20% of softened water.
The water treatment agent is prepared by a conventional mixing method.
The water treatment agent was used to clean a slag flushing water system of an iron works according to the cleaning method of example 1.
The results of cleaning the scales on the piping of the slag flushing water system of the iron works in example 1, example 2, comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 are shown in the following table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the scale cleaning agent of the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 can effectively remove the scale in the slag flushing water system of the iron works, and the scale removal rate reaches 100 percent; the conventional water treatment agents of comparative examples 1 and 2 have scale inhibition effect on circulating water systems, but cannot remove scale of formed slag flushing water systems with thicker thickness and cannot be used as scale cleaning agents.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The scale cleaning agent for the slag flushing water system of the iron works is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass:
20-22% of S-carboxyethyl thiosuccinic acid
23-25% of polyether polyamino methylene phosphonate N-oxide
Acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer 12% -15%
20-25% of hydrochloric acid
15-18% of diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid
2% -3% of diisooctyl maleate sulfonate;
the hydrochloric acid is industrial grade hydrochloric acid with the mass concentration of 31%.
2. The scale cleaning agent for a slag flushing water system of an iron mill as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
s-carboxyethylthiosuccinic acid 22%
Polyether polyaminomethylene phosphonate N-sodium oxide 23%
Acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer 15%
Hydrochloric acid 20%
18 percent of diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid
2% of maleic acid diisooctyl ester sodium sulfonate;
the hydrochloric acid is industrial grade hydrochloric acid with the mass concentration of 31%.
3. The scale cleaning agent for a slag flushing water system of an iron mill as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
s-carboxyethyl thiosuccinic acid 20%
Polyether polyaminomethylene phosphonate N-sodium oxide 25%
Acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer 12%
Hydrochloric acid 25%
15 percent of diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid
3% of diisooctyl maleate sodium sulfonate;
the hydrochloric acid is industrial grade hydrochloric acid with the mass concentration of 31%.
4. The scale-forming cleaning agent for a slag flushing water system of an iron works according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which is prepared by the following steps: weighing the components according to the proportion at normal temperature and normal pressure, adding S-carboxyethyl thiosuccinic acid and polyether polyamino methylene phosphonate N-oxide into an enamel reaction kettle, starting a stirring motor, sequentially and slowly adding acrylic acid-hydroxypropyl acrylate copolymer, hydrochloric acid, diethylenetriamine pentamethylene phosphonic acid and maleic acid diisooctyl sulfonate, and stirring and mixing for 1-3 hours to obtain a finished product.
5. A cleaning method of a slag flushing water system of an iron works is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) stopping the operation of a slag flushing water system of an iron works, then emptying circulating water in a pipeline to be cleaned in the slag flushing water system, then connecting a cleaning agent suction well, a cleaning pump and the pipeline to be cleaned by using a temporary pipeline to form a circulating loop, and filling a scale cleaning agent into the cleaning agent suction well, wherein the scale cleaning agent is the scale cleaning agent in any one of claims 1-4;
(2) starting a cleaning pump to enable the scale cleaning agent to perform cleaning operation in the circulation loop formed in the step (1);
(3) and after the cleaning is finished, draining the sewage in the circulation loop, closing the temporary pipeline, stopping the cleaning pump, and then recovering the operation of the slag flushing water system of the iron works.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: in the step (1), the ratio of the mass of the scaling cleaning agent to the scaling mass in the pipeline to be cleaned is 2-5: 1.

The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: in the step (1), the selected pipelines to be cleaned are pipelines between a pump room and a blast furnace slag flushing port in a slag flushing water system of an iron works and pipelines between the pump room and a circulating water suction well, the used cleaning agent suction well is the circulating water suction well in the slag flushing water system of the iron works, the used cleaning pump is a circulating water pump of the pump room in the slag flushing water system of the iron works, the number of the used temporary pipelines is one, one end of the temporary pipeline is connected with the end part, close to the blast furnace slag flushing port, in the pipeline to be cleaned, and the other end of the temporary pipeline is connected with the circulating water suction well.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: in the step (2), the cleaning pump conveys the scaling cleaning agent at the maximum flow rate.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the method comprises: in the step (2), the cleaning operation time of the scale cleaning agent in the circulation loop is 24-48 h.
10. The method of claim 5, wherein the method comprises: in the step (3), the time for discharging the sewage in the circulation loop is 2-4 h.
