5. The television set according to claim 1, wherein the second retaining groove (22) is located on a side wall of the side flap (21) remote from the first catch plate (31); the second retaining groove (22) is provided with a third stop surface far away from one side of the rear shell (2);
the second clamping plate (32) is arranged on the second side, opposite to the first side, of the clamping piece (3), the first end of the second clamping plate (32) is integrally connected with the clamping piece (3), the second end of the second clamping plate is far away from the back side, extends and is formed, and the second end of the second clamping plate is matched with the third stopping face in a stopping mode.

A television set according to claim 5, characterized in that the clip (3) is of U-shaped configuration; the second clamping plate (32) is formed by cutting and bending partial plate surface of the second side of the clamping piece (3) with the U-shaped structure, and a third notch complementary with the second clamping plate (32) is formed in the second side of the clamping piece (3).
7. The television set according to claim 1,
the number of the second retaining grooves (22) is two, and the two second retaining grooves are respectively positioned on two side walls of the side folding edges (21); each second retaining groove (22) is provided with a fourth stop surface far away from one side of the rear shell (2);
the number of the second clamping plates (32) of the clamping piece (3) is two, and the two second clamping plates (32) are respectively positioned on two sides of the clamping piece (3); the first end of each clamping plate is integrally connected with the clamping piece (3), the second end of each clamping plate is far away from the back side and extends and is formed, and the fourth stopping surface of the second stopping groove (22) on one side corresponding to the back side forms stopping matching.
8. The television set according to claim 7,
the clamping piece (3) is of a U-shaped structure;
one of the second clamping plates (32) adjacent to the first clamping plate (31) is formed by cutting and bending partial plate surfaces of the first clamping plate (31) of the clamping pieces (3), and the first clamping plate (31) is provided with a fourth notch complementary to the second clamping plate (32);
the other second clamping plate (32) is formed by cutting and bending the part of the plate surface of one side of the clamping piece (3) with the U-shaped structure, which is far away from the first clamping plate (31), and the plate surface of the part of the side, which is far away from the first clamping plate (31), is provided with a fifth notch complementary with the second clamping plate (32).
9. The television set as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the side flaps (21) of the rear shell (2) are shaped with an obtuse included angle to the rear shell (2);
the clamping groove (11) is an inclined groove matched with the forming direction of the side folding edge (21).
