The extension portion 315A has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape that opens downward, and the electrical equipment unit 5 is accommodated in a space S formed by the U-shape. The support portion 315B is formed in an L shape, and pivotally supports the front end portion of the cab 32 at its standing portion.
The second support frame 316 is erected on the upper plate 314 at a position on the right side of the main frame 312, and pivotally supports the front end of the cab 32.
[ Electrical Equipment Unit ]
Fig. 4 and 5 are a perspective view and a side view showing the electrical equipment unit 5.
In fig. 4 and 5, the electrical equipment unit 5 includes a register (レジスタ)51 as electrical equipment, a horn 52 as electrical equipment, and a mounting member 53, and is unitized by mounting the register 51 and the horn 52 to the mounting member 53.
The register 51 is a redundant circuit for causing the hydraulic pump to function when the vehicle body controller 37 fails, and is a controller for limiting the current flowing to the hydraulic pump. Via this register 51, the hydraulic pump is connected to the battery 38. In the present embodiment, the register 51 is a resistor, and converts a part of the electric power transmitted from the battery 38 to the hydraulic pump into heat energy and discharges the heat energy.
The attachment member 53 includes a flat plate portion 531, a bent portion 532 bent with respect to the flat plate portion 531, and a bracket 533 provided on one surface of the flat plate portion 531.
The flat plate portion 531 and the bent portion 532 are each formed of a plate-like member having an end portion bent, and are integrally formed with each other.
A register 51 and a connector 54 for wiring are fixed to the surface of the flat plate portion 531 on the side of the holder 533. In the present embodiment, the connector 54 is fixed to a position on the side of the bending portion 532 via the holder 533, and the register 51 is fixed to a position on the opposite side of the bending portion 532.
The bent portion 532 is bent to the side (rear side) opposite to the holder 533. The bent portion 532 has a mounting hole 532A to which the bracket 55 for holding the wiring is mounted, and the wiring is held via the bracket 55.
The holder 533 is formed of a member in which a plate-like member is bent in a stepped shape. The holder 533 has one end side in the step direction welded to the flat plate portion 531 with the arrangement direction of the steps (step direction) directed in the vertical direction. The other end of the bracket 533 is disposed at an interval in front of the flat plate portion 531, and the horn 52 is fixed to the other end.
[ accommodating Structure of Electrical apparatus Unit ]
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the electrical equipment unit 5 is accommodated in the space S surrounded by the extension portion 315A of the first support frame 315, and the mounting member 53 is fixed to the extension portion 315A by the bolt 56. At this time, the front, upper, and rear of the electrical equipment unit 5 are covered with the first support frame 315. Further, since the register 51 is located above the horn 52, that is, the uppermost among the electric devices of the electric device unit 5, even if the heat generated by the register 51 rises, the heat can be prevented from being transmitted to the lower horn 52.
On the other hand, the horn 52 is located below the lower end of the first support frame 315, and is exposed to the outside of the space S formed by the first support frame 315. By disposing the horn 52 in this manner, the sound emitted from the horn 52 is prevented from being blocked by the first support frame 315, and the sound of the horn 52 is reliably transmitted forward.
In addition, in the mounting member 53, the bent portion 532 is located further outside than the front end of the extended portion 315A of the first support frame 315 and is exposed to the outside of the space S. Therefore, the wire holding bracket 55 can be attached to the bent portion 532, and the wire can be held at the bent portion 532 via the bracket 55.
[ Effect of the embodiment ]
The present embodiment described above has the following effects.
That is, since at least a part of the electrical equipment unit 5 is accommodated in the space S surrounded by the first support frame 315, the space of the revolving frame 31 can be effectively used, and the arrangement space of the electrical equipment on the revolving frame 31 can be secured.
[ modified examples ]
Note that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and modifications, improvements, and the like within a range in which the object of the present invention can be achieved are included in the present invention.
For example, in the above embodiment, the horn 52 is exposed to the outside of the space S formed by the first support frame 315, and a part of the electrical equipment unit 5 is accommodated in the space S, but the entire electrical equipment unit 5 may be accommodated in the space S.
In the above embodiment, the electrical equipment unit 5 is housed in the space S surrounded by the first support frame 315, but the electrical equipment unit 5 may be housed in a space surrounded by another support frame. For example, a second support frame may be configured similarly to the first support frame 315, and the electrical equipment unit 5 may be accommodated in a space surrounded by the second support frame.
In the above embodiment, the extension portion 315A of the first support frame 315 opens downward, but may open upward, horizontally, or in other directions.
In the above embodiment, the support frame is formed in a U shape, but may have another shape as long as it has a space surrounded by the support frame, and for example, the support frame may be formed in a hollow shape and the electric equipment unit 5 may be accommodated in the hollow space.
In the above embodiment, the electrical device unit 5 is configured by unitizing the register 51 and the speaker 52, but may be configured by unitizing another electrical device. In addition, the electrical equipment unit 5 may be formed by mounting another electrical equipment to an electrical equipment, instead of mounting a plurality of electrical equipments to a mounting member, and forming the electrical equipment unit into a unit. The electrical equipment unit 5 includes the register 51 as a controller, but may be another controller, and may include the vehicle body controller 37, for example.
In the above embodiment, the register 51 is formed of a resistor, but may be of an electronic control type.
The mounting member 53 may have other shapes as long as a plurality of electric devices can be mounted thereon.
For example, the attachment member 53 may have a tongue portion extending downward from the lower end of the flat plate portion 531, and the tongue portion may be used as a bracket. The horn 52 may be fixed to the flat plate portion 531.
The curved portion 532 may be curved to the same side (front side) as the bracket 533.
The construction machine is not limited to the hydraulic excavator, and may be a dump truck, for example, as long as the construction machine has a support frame that supports the cab by a shaft.
The present invention can be applied to other mobile machines configured to be tiltable with respect to a vehicle body frame, in addition to construction machines.
