本发明提供了一种马齿苋固体饮料及其制备方法、以及用其制成的面膜粉。固体饮料主要由以下原料制成:马齿苋15%‑50%,茯苓5%‑40%,益母草5%‑40%,桃仁5%‑20%,龙眼肉5%‑30%,枸杞5%‑30%,玉竹5%‑40%。向该固体饮料中加入珍珠粉、魔芋精粉、高岭土,制成面膜粉。固体饮料的制备方法:取所有原料混合,经过水浸提、过滤、浓缩、干燥而成。本发明的固体饮料属于一种可食面膜产品,既可内服又可外敷;并且外敷能够起到延缓皮肤衰老、抗过敏、保湿等作用,内服能够调理气血、培补脏腑,外用配合内服效果更佳。

马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L)属一年生肉质草本植物,广泛分布于温带和热带地区,在我国除高寒地区外均有分布,含有多种对人体有益的营养成分和药用成分,被营养专家誉为21世纪最具有前途的绿色食品之一。其性味酸寒,全草供药用,富含ω-3脂肪酸,含有大量的抗氧化成分,具有清热解毒、凉血止血作用,主治热痢、脓血、热淋、带下、痛肿恶毒、丹毒。近年的药理研究表明,马齿觅具有抗菌、降脂、抗衰老、松弛肌肉、抗炎、镇痛以及促进伤口愈合等功效。近年来,马齿苋以其丰富的营养、独特的药理作用以及菜药兼用的特性,备受消费者的欢迎和研究学者的关注,日益受到广泛的研究。
而随着生活水平提升,人类对于审美也有了更高的需求,美容养颜成了女性永恒的话题,中医美容源远流长、根基深厚,中医注重整体观,主张“以内养外”,坚持长久的美,并做到最大化“治本”,利用人体机能的调理来实现美容效果。面膜是很早就开始使用的化妆品之一,可以洁肤、护肤从而达到美容的目的,近年来,中药面膜发展较快,中药面膜作为深层皮肤护理产品,在美白、滋润、祛斑、消炎、抗皱等方面已体现出显著优势,参与市场竞争的潜力巨大。中药面膜与其它面膜相比,最显著特点是以中医药理论为指导,具有明显的功能性。中药面膜中添加的功效性成分具有确切的美容或治疗功效,对于面部疾病治疗和预防方面有着无可比拟的优势。将外敷与内服结合起来,是中药化妆品发展的重大突破,也是今后中药化妆品发展的方向。外敷直接改善了局部皮肤问题,内服调理气血,培补脏腑,从整体的健康出发来达到局部的美。
如果将马齿苋开发成既可内服又可外敷的美容性产品,势必会受到广泛欢迎,将极大推动马齿苋的应用,但现有技术还没有过相关报道。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种马齿苋固体饮料,所述的固体饮料属于一种可食面膜产品,既可以冲饮,也可以作为面膜粉添加剂,与其它原料调和后外敷用;并且该固体饮料无论内服或外服敷均能起到很好的抗氧化作用,外敷能够起到延缓皮肤衰老、抗过敏、保湿等作用,内服能够调理气血、培补脏腑,外用配合内服效果更佳。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种面膜粉,该面膜粉具有延缓皮肤衰老、抗过敏、保湿等作用,可采用多种溶剂调和,且调和后具有合适的粘稠度,可以稳定附着在皮肤表面。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种所述的马齿苋固体饮料的制备方法,该方法不采用有机溶剂,无残留,更加安全,并且淡化了中药的不良气味,保证了有效成分含量的稳定性。
为了实现本发明的上述目的,特采用以下技术方案:
一种马齿苋固体饮料,主要由以下原料制成:按重量百分比计,马齿苋15%-50%,茯苓5%-40%,益母草5%-40%,桃仁5%-20%,龙眼肉5%-30%,枸杞5%-30%,玉竹5%-40%。
上述固体饮料以马齿苋为主要原料,马齿苋中含有大量的抗氧化成分,马齿苋水提物能够使动物体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性增强,使肝脏过氧化脂质明显下降,使心肌脂褐素明显减少,增加皮肤组织羟脯氨酸含量,而羟脯氨酸是胶原蛋白内特有的氨基酸之一,因此马齿苋具有明显的抗氧化、延缓衰老和润肤美容的作用。马齿苋中富含的硒元素是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的必需组成部分,进一步强化了马齿苋的抗氧化之功。添加的茯苓、益母草、桃仁、龙眼肉、枸杞、玉竹经研究证明均具有抗氧化作用。同时马齿苋为天然的抗敏剂,临床上用马齿苋治疗药物过敏引起的湿疹已经取得了满意的疗效。玉竹多糖,具有较好的保湿性,能够很好地减缓水分的散失速率,具有很好的润肤作用。桃仁、益母草均具有活血的作用,能够增加微循环,促进新陈代谢,加快有害物质代谢排出,促进有效成分的快速吸收。以上几味药共用,外敷起到延缓皮肤衰老、抗过敏、保湿等作用。
从中医的角度来说,本发明中马齿苋清热解毒,茯苓健脾以除痰湿,龙眼肉补益心脾、养血,枸杞补益肝肾,玉竹养阴润燥,本发明所提供的配方重用马齿苋,以马齿苋为君药,着重清热排毒以养颜,同时兼具清热解毒、健脾、活血、补血、养阴之功,注重调理气血,培补脏腑,体现了中医美容的基本大法,利用内治来对脏腑气血阴阳失调加以纠正,从而来保持容颜的美貌。本发明提供的配方补中有泻,泻中寓补。方中益母草和桃仁行血,令全方补而不滞。药物的选用既遵循现代药理研究结果,又遵循中医基础理论。内服可从内在调理气血,养阴润燥,以内养外,外敷则强化局部效果,内服配合外敷效果更佳。
由此可见,上述固体饮料无论内服或外服敷均能起到很好的美容养颜效果。
另外,冲饮上述固体饮料时,建议用1:100-200的稀释比,以获得更好的口感及风味;饮用量以1-3g/天为最佳。若外敷时,可以2-20%的量与其它成分混用。
优选地,所述马齿苋为富硒马齿苋,固体饮料的硒含量为0.3mg/kg以上。
如上文所述,硒元素是谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的必需组成部分,可以进一步强化马齿苋的抗氧化之功,因此硒含量越高,美容效果越好。
一种面膜粉,包括以下成分:按重量计,上文所述的马齿苋固体饮料2-20份,珍珠粉2-25份,魔芋精粉2-25份,高岭土5-60份。
该面膜粉在上述马齿苋固体饮料的基础上,添加了一些辅料,既加强和丰富了产品的美容功效,又改善了面膜粉的调和及粘贴性能。具体地,添加珍珠粉、魔芋精粉和高岭土后可以采用多种溶剂调和,例如水、牛奶、酸奶、鸡蛋清或蜂蜜等,且无论采用上述那一种溶剂,都可以获得很好的粘稠度,可以稳定附着于皮肤表面。同时,珍珠粉还有美白的作用;魔芋精粉为胶凝剂,可以增加皮肤的舒适度。
优选地,还包括:硅酸铝镁,硅酸铝镁是增稠剂,便于固形。比例优选:马齿苋固体饮料2-20份,珍珠粉2-25份,魔芋精粉2-25份,高岭土5-60份,硅酸铝镁2-5份。更优选为:按重量百分比计,马齿苋固体饮料5-10份,珍珠粉10-20份,魔芋精粉10-20份,高岭土20-50份,硅酸铝镁2-5份。
上文所述的马齿苋固体饮料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
按照配方,取所有原料,依次经过水浸提、过滤、浓缩、干燥而成。
上述制备过程中不采用有机溶剂,无残留,更加安全,并且经过浸提、浓缩、干燥等处理步骤淡化了中药的不良气味,保证了有效成分含量的稳定性。
优选地,所述水浸提的方法为:以水作为溶媒,料液比为1:6-8,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时以上。
在此条件下浸提率高,可以提高有效成分含量,且不对其造成热破坏。
优选地,所述浓缩的方法为:真空减压浓缩至可溶性固形物质量百分含量为15-25%。
浓缩至该程度,后续的干燥工作量小,且得到的颗粒粒径更均匀,而且若用喷雾干燥技术,此干燥程度的浓缩物不会出现粘壁现象,喷雾干燥后溶解性也较好。
优选地,过滤时采用钛棒过滤器过滤,该过滤器耐高温,浸提后无需冷却即可过滤,而且所用的过滤芯可再生使用,安全、环保。
优选地,所述干燥的方法为喷雾干燥。
喷雾干燥的成粒效率高,且容易实现质量控制。优选地,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:在进风温度为145-155℃、出风温度为70-80℃下干燥。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
(1)研制出一种既可内服又可外敷的美容产品,即马齿苋固体饮料,该产品外敷能够起到延缓皮肤衰老、抗过敏、保湿等作用,内服能够调理气血、培补脏腑,外用配合内服效果更佳。
(2)研制出一种使用方便、配方更完善的面膜粉。
(3)制备马齿苋固体饮料时不采用有机溶剂,无残留,更加安全,并且淡化了中药的不良气味,保证了有效成分含量的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明的实施方案进行详细描述,但是本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限制本发明的范围。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
实施例1-6的配方如表1所示。

实施例1-3的制备方法相同,均如下:
将原料混合后,以水作为溶媒,料液比为1:6,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时,提取液用钛棒过滤器过滤,滤液真空减压浓缩,浓缩液中可溶性固形物质量百分含量为15%左右时进行喷雾干燥后得粉末。喷雾干燥的条件为:在进风温度为145℃、出风温度为70℃下干燥。
分别用上述实施例1-3的固体饮料配制面膜粉,配方均为:固体饮料2份,珍珠粉25份,魔芋精粉2份,高岭土60份。
实施例2-6的制备方法相同,均如下:
将原料混合后,以水作为溶媒,料液比为1:8,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时,提取液用钛棒过滤器过滤,滤液真空减压浓缩,浓缩液中可溶性固形物质量百分含量为25%左右时进行喷雾干燥后得粉末。喷雾干燥的条件为:在进风温度为155℃、出风温度为80℃下干燥。
分别用上述实施例2-6的固体饮料配制面膜粉,配方均为:固体饮料20份,珍珠粉2份,魔芋精粉25份,高岭土5份,硅酸铝镁2份。
实施例7
按照下列步骤制作可作面膜粉添加剂的富硒马齿苋固体饮料:
(1)将原料按下列质量比混合:富硒马齿苋20%、茯苓15%、益母草15%、桃仁5%、龙眼肉15%、枸杞15%、玉竹15%。以水作为溶媒,料液比为1:7,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时,提取液用钛棒过滤器过滤,滤液真空减压浓缩,浓缩液中可溶性固形物质量百分含量为20%时进行喷雾干燥后得粉末。喷雾干燥机进风温度为150℃,出风温度为75℃左右。
(2)其中,所述的可作面膜粉添加剂的富硒马齿苋固体饮料含硒量为0.387mg/kg。产品作固体饮料使用每次2g,150ml温开水冲泡,每天2次。
将上述固体饮料作功能性添加剂加在面膜粉中,添加量为面膜粉质量百分比的10%,与珍珠粉20%、魔芋精粉20%、高岭土50%混合,以水、牛奶或者蜂蜜调敷,面膜粉每次用量为6g。
实施例8
按照下列步骤制作可作面膜粉添加剂的富硒马齿苋固体饮料:
(1)将原料按下列质量比混合:富硒马齿苋50%、茯苓8%、益母草12%、桃仁6%、龙眼肉8%、枸杞8%、玉竹8%。以水作为溶媒,料液比为1:7,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时,提取液用钛棒过滤器过滤,滤液真空减压浓缩,浓缩液中可溶性固形物质量百分含量为20%时进行喷雾干燥后得粉末。喷雾干燥机进风温度为150℃,出风温度为75℃左右。
(2)其中,所述的可作面膜粉添加剂的富硒马齿苋固体饮料含硒量为0.746mg/kg。产品作固体饮料使用每次1g,200ml温开水冲泡,每天3次。
将上述固体饮料作功能性添加剂加在面膜粉中,添加量为面膜粉质量百分比的5%,与珍珠粉20%、魔芋精粉20%、高岭土50%、硅酸铝镁5%混合,以水、牛奶或者蜂蜜调敷,面膜粉每次用量为8g。
实验例
将实施例1(样品1)和实施例2(样品2)中喷雾干燥制成得粉末进行清除DPPH·(二苯代苦味酰基自由基)能力的测定:将样品1和样品2分别用去离子水配制成20μg/mL、40μg/mL、60μg/mL、80μg/mL、100μg/mL、120μg/mL浓度样品备用。在3.0mL 60μmol/L DPPH无水乙醇溶液中加入50μL样品溶液,摇匀后于室温下避光静置30min,测定517nm处的吸光度(As),以50μL去离子水代替样品为空白对照(A0),以50μL样品与3.0mL无水乙醇混合液为样品对照(Ax),以消除样品本身颜色的影响,清除率按下式计算:
DPPH自由基清除率=[1-(As-Ax)]/A0×100%。
分别测定各浓度对DPPH自由基的清除率,通过回归分析得出样品清除DPPH自由基的IC50值,每样测定3次并取平均值,采用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计。样品1和样品2对DPPH自由基的清除能力如图1所示。
DPPH·是一种很稳定的以氮为中心的自由基,若受试物能将其清除,则提示受试物有降低羟自由基、烷自由基或过氧自由基和打断脂质过氧化链反应的作用。DPPH·有单个电子,在517nm有强吸收,其乙醇溶液呈深紫色。自由基清除剂可与其单电子配对而使其吸收逐渐消失,褪色程度与接受的电子数量呈定量关系,通过吸光度的减少量可测定自由基清除剂的清除能力。由上图1可知,样品1和样品2对DPPH自由基具有很好的清除能力,清除效果随浓度增加而增强,样品1的IC50值为51.78μg/mL,样品2的IC50值为44.73μg/mL,说明在一定浓度下,样品2对DPPH自由基清除能力优于同等浓度下的样品1,可能与样品中马齿苋的用量更大,样品硒量更高的有关。
尽管已用具体实施例来说明和描述了本发明,然而应意识到,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以作出许多其它的更改和修改。因此,这意味着在所附权利要求中包括属于本发明范围内的所有这些变化和修改。
Claims (9)
1.一种马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述马齿苋固体饮料由以下原料制成:按重量百分比计,马齿苋15%-50%,茯苓5%-40%,益母草5%-40%,桃仁5%-20%,龙眼肉5%-30%,枸杞5%-30%,玉竹5%-40%;
外敷时,将马齿苋固体饮料制成面膜粉,所述面膜粉包括以下成分:按重量计,所述马齿苋固体饮料2-20份,珍珠粉2-25份,魔芋精粉2-25份,高岭土5-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述马齿苋为富硒马齿苋,所述马齿苋固体饮料的硒含量为0.3 mg/kg以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述面膜粉还包括硅酸铝镁。
4.根据权利要求3所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述面膜粉包括以下成分:按重量计,所述马齿苋固体饮料2-20份,珍珠粉2-25份,魔芋精粉2-25份,高岭土5-60份,硅酸铝镁2-5份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述马齿苋固体饮料的制备方法包括下列步骤:
按照配方,取所有原料混合,依次经过水浸提、过滤、浓缩、干燥而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述水浸提的方法为:以水为溶媒,料液比为1:6-8,在50-60℃条件下浸提4小时以上。
7.根据权利要求5所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述浓缩的方法为:真空减压浓缩至可溶性固形物质量百分含量为15-25%。
8.根据权利要求5所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述干燥的方法为喷雾干燥。
9.根据权利要求8所述的马齿苋固体饮料在内服和外敷中的应用,其特征在于,所述喷雾干燥的条件为:在进风温度为145-155℃、出风温度为70-80℃下干燥。
