Abstract
The invention discloses a shell of an air conditioner and the air conditioner. The shell comprises a base, a rear shell body arranged on the rear side of the base and a face shell body arranged on the front side of the base and combined with the front side of the rear shell body, wherein the face shell body comprises an upper panel and a lower panel which are arranged up and down; at least one elastic component is arranged on the base. The elastic components abut against and jack the lower panel to enable the lower panel to have the tendency of upwards moving after the lower panel is installed in place. The elastic components of the shell of the air conditioner are downwards pressed by the lower panel and rebound so that the lower panel can ascend to reduce the gap and offset between the lower panel and the upper panel, so that the details of the air conditioner are greatly improved, the appearance quality of the air conditioner is greatly improved, the air conditioner is suitable for being made into a cylindrical floor type air conditioner, and accordingly great economic benefits and market prospects are achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to air conditioners, and particularly to an air conditioner and a housing thereof.
Background
A conventional air conditioner case includes a base, a rear case vertically set on a rear side of the base, and a front case vertically set on a front side of the base and combined with a front side of the rear case.
The prior art front cover includes an upper panel and a lower panel that are vertically connected. When the lower panel is assembled, gaps and faults often occur at the joint of the upper panel and the lower panel, so that the appearance quality is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a shell of an air conditioner and the air conditioner, aiming at reducing the gap and the break between an upper panel and a lower panel when the lower panel is assembled.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a cabinet of an air conditioner, which includes a base, a rear case established on a rear side of the base, and a front case established on a front side of the base and combined with a front side of the rear case; the front shell comprises an upper panel and a lower panel which are arranged up and down, the left side and the right side of the upper panel are connected with the upper part of the front side of the rear shell, the left side and the right side of the lower panel are connected with the lower part of the front side of the rear shell, the top of the lower panel is connected with the bottom of the upper panel, and the bottom of the lower panel is arranged on the front side of the base; the base is provided with at least one elastic element which is propped against the lower panel to enable the lower panel to have the tendency of moving upwards after the lower panel is installed in place.
Preferably, the top surface of the base is provided with at least one mounting groove, the elastic element is located in the mounting groove, the bottom of the lower panel is provided with at least one supporting leg opposite to the elastic element, and the supporting leg extends downwards out of the lower panel and can be inserted into the mounting groove and then abut against the elastic element.
Preferably, the supporting foot comprises a base connected to the inner side of the bottom of the lower panel and a tip connected to the base, the tip partially protruding downward from the base and being capable of abutting against the elastic member.
Preferably, the base is provided with a limiting groove, at least one limiting block adjacent to the elastic element is further arranged in the mounting groove, the limiting block protrudes upwards, and after the lower panel is mounted in place, the limiting block is inserted into the limiting groove of the base to limit the supporting legs.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
In the embodiments shown in the drawings, directional references (such as upper, lower, left, right, front and rear) are used to explain the structure and movement of the various elements of the invention, rather than absolute, and relative. These descriptions are appropriate when the elements are in the positions shown in the drawings. If the description of the positions of these elements changes, the indication of these directions changes accordingly.

Referring to fig. 1 to 14, the present invention provides a cabinet for an air conditioner, including a base 1, a rear case 3 installed on a rear side of the base 1, and a face case 2 vertically installed on a front side of the base 1 and combined with a front side of the rear case 3; wherein, the face shell 2 comprises an upper panel 22 and a lower panel 21 which are arranged up and down, the left and right sides of the upper panel 22 are connected with the upper part of the front side of the rear shell 3, the left and right sides of the lower panel 21 are connected with the lower part of the front side of the rear shell 3, the top of the lower panel 21 is connected with the bottom of the upper panel 22, and the bottom of the lower panel 21 is arranged on the front side of the base 1; the base 1 is provided with at least one elastic element 11, and the elastic element 11 is pressed against the lower panel 21 to make it have a tendency of moving upwards when the lower panel 21 is installed in place.
The casing of the air conditioner of the invention reduces the gap and the break between the lower panel 21 and the upper panel 22 by the elastic element 11 which is pressed downwards by the lower panel 21 to rebound and make the lower panel 21 rise, thereby greatly improving the detail of the air conditioner and greatly improving the appearance quality of the air conditioner.
In a preferred embodiment, the elastic element 11 is a spring, a spring or an elastic plastic.

In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the number of the supporting legs 211, the mounting grooves 12, the elastic elements 11, and the stoppers 13 are two and are symmetrically distributed, so that the gap between the lower panel 21 and the upper panel 22 is not only reduced, but also made uniform.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the cross-section of the upper panel 22 and the lower panel 21 is arc-shaped, the front side of the base 1 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 14 at the periphery for inserting the lower panel 21, and the elastic element 11 is located in the base 1 and close to the arc-shaped groove. The casing of the invention is suitable for being manufactured into a cylindrical floor type air conditioner, thereby having great economic benefit and market prospect.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 11, the lower panel 21 is provided with a latch 212 on each of the left and right sides thereof for clamping the side wall of the rear housing 3, the latch 212 includes a first clamp arm 2121, a second clamp arm 2122 disposed opposite to each other, and a clamp groove 2123 formed between the first clamp arm 2121 and the second clamp arm 2122. The clip 212 clamps the edge of the sidewall of the rear case 3, so that the gap between the lower panel 21 and the rear case 3 is uniform.
In a preferred embodiment, one of the top surface of the lower panel 21 and the bottom surface of the upper panel 22 is provided with at least one positioning pin 23, and the other one is provided with at least one positioning hole 24 opposite to the positioning pin 23, and the positioning pin 23 can be vertically inserted into the corresponding positioning hole 24. The cooperation of the positioning pins 23 and the positioning holes 24 can control the alignment of the upper panel 22 and the lower panel 21 in the vertical direction, thereby better controlling the gap between the upper panel 22 and the lower panel 21.
In fig. 10 and 13, the positioning pins 23 are disposed on the top surface of the lower panel 21, and the positioning holes 24 are disposed on the bottom surface of the upper panel 22. However, it is understood that the alignment of the lower panel 21 and the upper panel 22 in the vertical direction in the present invention is achieved by the fitting relationship of the positioning pin 23 and the positioning hole 24, and the specific positions of the positioning pin 23 and the positioning hole 24 are not limited, and can be combined and matched as required, as long as the positioning pin 23 can be inserted into the positioning hole 24 vertically. According to the above, in other embodiments, the positioning pin 23 can be disposed on the bottom surface of the upper panel 22, and the positioning hole 24 is disposed on the top surface of the lower panel 21.
In a preferred embodiment, the number of the positioning pins 23 and the positioning holes 24 is four and the positioning pins and the positioning holes are distributed symmetrically.
In a preferred embodiment, one of the top surface of the lower panel 21 and the bottom surface of the upper panel 22 is provided with two position-limiting protruding points 26 protruding horizontally toward the inside of the housing, and the other is provided with two position-limiting blocking ribs 25 standing upright, the two position-limiting protruding points 26 are respectively close to the left and right sides of the housing 2, the position-limiting protruding points 26 are opposite to the position-limiting blocking ribs 25 and can be pressed on the position-limiting blocking ribs 25 and slide along the position-limiting blocking ribs 25 in a predetermined track, so that the positioning pin 23 can be smoothly inserted into the positioning hole 24, thereby avoiding the situation that the positioning pin 23 is not inserted into the positioning hole 24 due to the misalignment between the positioning pin 23 and the positioning hole 24.
In fig. 10 and 13, the position-limiting protrusions 26 are formed on the top surface of the lower panel 21, and the position-limiting ribs 25 are formed on the bottom surface of the upper panel 22. However, it can be understood that the mutual matching relationship between the limiting rib 25 and the limiting salient point 26 of the present invention is to enable the positioning pin 23 to be smoothly inserted into the positioning hole 24, the specific positions of the limiting rib 25 and the limiting salient point 26 can be unlimited, and the combination and matching can be performed as long as the two limiting salient points 26 are respectively close to the left and right sides of the face shell 2, the limiting salient points 26 are opposite to the limiting rib 25, and can be pressed on the limiting rib 25 and slide along the limiting rib 25 in a predetermined track. According to the above, in other embodiments, the position-limiting protruding points 26 may also be disposed on the bottom surface of the upper panel 22, and the position-limiting blocking ribs 25 are disposed on the top surface of the lower panel 21.

when the lower panel 21 is assembled, two supporting feet 211 of the lower panel 21 are aligned with two elastic elements 11 on the base 1, and then a downward force F is applied to the lower panel 21 by hand, according to the mechanical principle, the downward force F1 and the force F2 facing into the machine shell can be decomposed into F2, the lower panel 21 moves towards the machine shell, and the buckle 212 of the lower panel 21 clamps the side wall of the rear shell 3; downward F1 makes the supporting legs 211 of the lower panel 21 press against the elastic elements 11 of the base 1, when the lower panel 21 is put in place and the force F acting on the lower panel 21 is released, the two compressed elastic elements 11 rebound to spring the lower panel 21 upward, so that the positioning pins 23 on the top surface of the lower panel 21 are inserted into the corresponding positioning holes 24 of the upper panel 22, and the gap and the break between the lower panel 21 and the upper panel 22 are reduced; in addition, because the lower panel 21 can be pressed by hand during assembly, in the pressing process, the limit salient point 26 is pressed on the limit stop rib 25 of the upper panel 22, so that the limit salient point 26 of the lower panel 21 slides in a preset track along the limit stop rib 25 of the upper panel 22, and finally the positioning pin 23 is smoothly inserted into the positioning hole 24.
The assembly mode of the lower panel 21 of the invention is particularly suitable for manufacturing a cylindrical floor type air conditioner, can effectively control the gap and the break difference of the joint of the upper panel 22 and the lower panel 21 of the shell, greatly improves the details of the air conditioner and the appearance quality of the air conditioner. And the assembly mode of the lower panel 21 of the invention is simple and easy to operate, thus being convenient for after-sale installation and maintenance of the air conditioner.

the base is provided with at least one elastic element which is propped against the lower panel to enable the lower panel to have the tendency of moving upwards after the lower panel is installed in place.
2. The casing of claim 1, wherein the top surface of the base has at least one mounting groove, the elastic member is located in the mounting groove, the bottom of the lower panel has at least one supporting leg opposite to the elastic member, and the supporting leg extends downward from the lower panel and can be inserted into the mounting groove to abut against the elastic member.
