Abstract
The invention provides an intelligent equipment remote management method and an intelligent control system. The intelligent equipment remote management method includes: starting a remote management program of intelligent equipment according to a touch instruction, of a user, on a mobile terminal; after an application program installed on the mobile terminal and used for managing the intelligent equipment is started, determining network attribute currently used by the mobile terminal; finding account information corresponding to the network attribute according to the network attribute, wherein the account information is active account information of the last time to a current time point; according to running parameters of the intelligent equipment related to the found account information, sending a control order including the running parameters to enable the intelligent equipment to run according to the control order. By the intelligent equipment remote management method and the intelligent control system, remote management of the intelligent equipment can be realized; when the method is utilized for remote management of the intelligent equipment, steps of registering and login on an application side by the user are omitted, and convenience is brought to operation of the user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of intelligent application, in particular to a remote management method and an intelligent control system for intelligent equipment.
Background
In recent years, the smart home is gradually heated in the Chinese market, the application of smart software is very popular, and the APP application brings great convenience to the life of people. The cloud technology is also increasingly used in all industries, and is the smart home industry. In this step, if it is determined that the network attribute currently used by the mobile terminal is a wide area network attribute, a control command including an operation parameter is sent to a cloud server according to the operation parameter (for example, air conditioner start, optimal operation temperature of an air conditioner, electric cooker start, power-on time of an electric cooker, humidification parameter of an intelligent humidifier, and the like) of the intelligent device associated with the account information, so that the cloud server forwards the control command to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device operates according to the control command.
And if the network attribute currently used by the mobile terminal is determined to be a local area network attribute, directly sending a control command comprising operation parameters to the intelligent equipment according to the searched operation parameters of the intelligent equipment associated with the account information, so that the intelligent equipment operates according to the control command.
Step 104 b: and generating account information corresponding to the network attribute according to the network attribute.

The application program installed on the mobile terminal and used for managing the intelligent device comprises a first database and a second database, wherein the first database is used for storing temporary account information, and the second database is used for storing cloud account information.
For example, after generating the temporary account information corresponding to the local area network attribute, saving the temporary account information in the first database; after generating cloud account information corresponding to the wide area network attributes, saving the cloud account information in the second database.
The first database and the second database are also used for storing other information related to account information. For example, after certain account information is stored in a corresponding database, a series of information associated with the account information that appears subsequently may also be stored in the database in association, such as operating parameters of the smart device associated with the account information, parameter adjustment details of the smart device in a recent period of time, optimal operating parameters of the smart device, and so on. For example, the time of activation and deactivation of the heater and the heating temperature on monday through friday, the time of activation and deactivation of the heater and the heating temperature on saturday through sunday may be stored in the database.
In order to prevent excessive unused accounts from occupying capacity, the account information which is not used for a long time needs to be deleted periodically, and specifically, the use state of the account information in the database corresponding to the network attribute is checked periodically; and if the unused time period of at least one account information in the database is greater than the preset time period, deleting the account information greater than the preset time period in the database. For example, for temporary account information, if it has not been used for 12 months, the temporary account information is deleted. For cloud account information, if it has not been used for 24 months, the cloud account information is deleted.
Step 105: and sending a control command comprising operation parameters to the intelligent equipment according to the generated account information so as to enable the intelligent equipment to operate according to the control command.
In this step, if the generated cloud account information corresponding to the wide area network attribute is the cloud account information corresponding to the wide area network attribute, a control command including an operation parameter is sent to a cloud server, so that the cloud server forwards the control command to the intelligent device, and the intelligent device operates according to the control command. And if the generated temporary account information corresponding to the local area network attribute is generated, directly sending a control command comprising operation parameters to the intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment operates according to the control command.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the method for remotely managing an intelligent device further includes: receiving an instruction for adjusting the operating parameters of the intelligent equipment, which is input by a user, generating and sending a parameter adjusting instruction of the intelligent equipment according to the instruction, and sending the parameter adjusting instruction to the intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment adjusts the operating parameters of the intelligent equipment according to the parameter adjusting instruction.
In addition, the parameter information corresponding to the parameter adjusting instruction can be stored in a database of account information of the current control intelligent device, and the parameter information is associated with the account information.
The mobile terminal in this embodiment may be a mobile terminal capable of installing a remote management program of an intelligent device, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and an intelligent watch. The intelligent equipment can be intelligent equipment which can interact with the mobile terminal, such as a television, a refrigerator, an air conditioner, an air purifier, an electric cooker, an electric kettle, a water heater and the like.
The remote management method for the intelligent equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize the remote management of the intelligent equipment, and when the remote management method for the intelligent equipment is used for carrying out the remote management on the intelligent equipment, the steps of registering and logging in the application end of a user are omitted, so that the operation of the user is facilitated.
According to the remote management method for the intelligent equipment, when the user remotely controls the intelligent equipment through the mobile equipment, the user does not need to provide any personal information, user name and password for registration and login, but automatically provides an account number through a background, so that the user is helped to complete an intelligent control process, a complex operation process is simplified, and meanwhile, the risk of privacy disclosure of the user is reduced.

The intelligent control system provided in this embodiment may be used to execute the method described in the first embodiment, and the working principle and the beneficial effects of the intelligent control system are similar to those of the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.

after an application program installed on a mobile terminal and used for managing intelligent equipment is started, determining the network attribute currently used by the mobile terminal;
searching account information corresponding to the network attribute according to the network attribute, wherein the account information is the latest active account information from the current time point;
and sending a control command comprising operation parameters to the intelligent equipment according to the searched operation parameters of the intelligent equipment associated with the account information, so that the intelligent equipment operates according to the control command.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the network attributes comprise: a local area network attribute and a wide area network attribute;
if the network attribute currently used by the mobile terminal is determined to be a local area network attribute, searching account information corresponding to the network attribute according to the network attribute, wherein the account information comprises the following steps:

and storing the parameter information corresponding to the parameter adjusting instruction in a database of account information of the current control intelligent equipment, and associating the parameter information with the account information.

the mobile terminal sends a control command for controlling the operation parameters of the intelligent equipment to a cloud server, the cloud server forwards the control command to the intelligent equipment, and the intelligent equipment operates according to the control command.
