Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料板,其具体而言基于由PVC制成的承载层进行改良的塑料板,本发明还涉及用于制造塑料板的方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯长期以来用于制造地板覆层。聚氯乙烯(PVC)是在不添加辅料的情况下坚硬且较脆的热塑材料。但是,可以通过添加合适的辅料,例如,增塑剂、填充材料、着色材料、稳定剂等,在较大范围内改变PVC的机械性能。为此,术语“PVC”在本文中不应理解为纯聚氯乙烯,而是具有通常会添加的和为实际用途所需的辅料的PVC。
在文献DE10 2006 058 655A1中描述了来自现有技术的通常示例。在该文献中,公开了一种具有如下形式的地板:多层的矩形的层叠,其具有软聚氯乙烯的承载层以及布置在该聚乙烯层上的装饰纸层。装饰纸卷的施工在技术上较复杂,并且成本较高。
根据DE10 2006 029 963A1,可以获知一种由聚氯乙烯制成的地板覆层,其涂覆耐久漆层以提高PVC地板覆层的耐久度。漆层是丙烯酸树脂基的,并应该通过辐射而固化。该文献的核心在于向丙烯酸树脂添加导电物质,以向地板覆层提供防静电和/或导电性。
该同一申请人的WO2008/061791A1进行了对漆覆层的进一步发展。该文献的内容因此通过引用而全文结合于此。该文献的改善的核心在于以湿湿混合的方式将两个不同的液体聚合物层涂覆到板的表面上,使得发生覆层装置的局部混合。接着使湿湿混合施加的两层交联固化,其中得到的固化覆层基于局部混合而提供了硬度梯度,其中覆层的硬度随着从得到的覆层的表面观察的深度的增加而降低。
考虑到这些已知的PVC覆层中,本发明的目的在于提供一种板,具体而言是墙壁、天花板或地板,其包括由塑料材料制成的承载层,其中这样的板应该可以相比DE10 2006 058 655A1更低成本并更简单地制造。另一目的是提供能够带来改善的耐久度和优质的特别是有价值的装饰图案的板。
在阅读本说明书时涉及的或者本领域的技术人员将发现的这些和其他问题可以由根据权利要求1的板以及根据权利要求19的用于制造该板的方法所解决。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种板,其包括塑料材料制成的承载层和底涂层,其中,底涂层包括其上印制的装饰图案(即,装饰层)并且在所述底涂层上设置聚合物层。聚合物层通常优选地基于可聚合树脂,具体而言是丙烯酸树脂。通常优选地,如先前根据同一申请人的WO2008/061791所述的,固化的聚合物层提供了硬度梯度。
与先前所提及的现有技术DE10 2006 058 655A1不同,本发明提供了一种不需要单独的装饰纸的板,这是因为装饰图案直接涂覆或将直接涂覆到布置在承载层上的底涂层上。
此外,根据本发明,提供了一种用于制造板的方法,所述板具体而言是壁、天花板或地板。在此方法的第一步骤中,提供由塑料材料制成的承载层。此后,将底涂层涂覆到承载层上,并将装饰图案印制到底涂层上。在将装饰图案印制到底涂层上之后,将液体第一聚合物层涂覆到底涂层上。在进一步的步骤中,将底涂层和聚合物层固化。可选地,可以将至少第二聚合物层液体地涂覆到仍然潮湿的第一聚合物层上,使得产生覆层装置的局部混合。底涂层和(多个)聚合物层的固化可以在一个方法步骤中进行,但也可以在分别的方法步骤中相继进行。聚合物层的硬化或固化因此被认为是在聚合作用期间发生的化学反应。这与其中仅减少或去除水分的使这种层干燥的处理不同。
在优选实施例中,承载层的塑料材料包括聚氯乙烯,或者承载层基本由聚氯乙烯组成(并且包含如先前提及的辅料)。聚氯乙烯已被证明对于形成承载层特别有利,这是因为这种材料不仅耐久并且还有利于降低冲击噪声。作为对于优选的聚氯乙烯的替代,还可以取决于期望由板提供的属性,使用其他塑料材料,例如聚丙烯或聚乙烯和所谓WPC(木塑复合材料)。
在另一优选实施例中,由添加有增塑剂的塑料材料形成承载层,其中使用相应的增塑剂,例如邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯和/或邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯。因此合适的增塑剂以重量百分比在5至50之间、优选地在10至20之间、更优选地在12至17之间添加到承载层。
在另一优选实施例中,承载层所提供的厚度在3和20mm之间,优选地在4和15mm之间,更优选地在3和12mm之间,尤为优选地在4和10mm之间。已经证实,承载层的这些厚度区域提供了制造期间充足的稳定性,并还提供了足够高的冲击噪声吸收能力,并形成了板的稳定性。
在本发明的尤其优选的实施例中,在底涂层以下,将初覆层涂覆或设置到承载层上。该初覆层或粘接层因此提高了底涂层在承载层上的粘附性。本领域的技术人员知晓可从相应的化学专业公司商业获取的多种合适的初覆层。
在优选实施例中,板提供的初覆层所具有的每平方米克重在3至20g/m2之间,优选地在5至15g/m2之间,更优选地在7和12g/m2之间,尤为优选地在8至10g/m2之间。
优选地,使用可聚合打印墨水(墨水)来用于装饰图案的打印,可聚合打印墨水具体而言是基于可聚合丙烯酸酯树脂和/或N-乙烯己内酰胺(的液体活性稀释剂)的,如BASF所提供的。通常,在现有技术中,使用本领域的技术人员所知晓的、包括地面颜料混合物和基于干酪素或丙烯酸酯粘合剂的粘合剂(通常标注为掺和物)的分散型涂料,作为打印墨水。这些分散型涂料被通常应用的凹版印刷所常规地使用。分散型涂料是通常包含三种主要成分的打印墨水,即(a)溶剂(通常为水),(b)塑料聚合物(丙烯酸酯)形式的粘合剂,其在溶剂增湿时自身聚结并形成固体层,(c)色彩颜料,用于产生所期望的覆盖和所期望的色调。这些分散颜料的干燥并不通过聚合作用而发生,而是通过溶剂的蒸发发生,这是因为粘合剂已经可作为聚合物。分散型涂料中包含的聚合物在粘合剂的液化期间将其自身单纯物理地连接,并形成固态封闭的层。
申请人已经惊讶地注意到,在不使用通常的分散型涂料而是使用可聚合打印墨水的情况下,层系统的粘附性提高。这对于优选使用的聚合物层而言特别如此,尤其是具有硬度梯度的聚合物层。当装饰层(即,装饰图案)的打印墨水和聚合物层交联固化或分别聚合时(当例如以数码打印的方式直接印制装饰层时,装饰层有效地包含打印墨水),这些有利的效果是尤其独特的。如上所述,聚合物层或可聚合打印墨水(一般而言,例如可聚合丙烯酸酯或UV反应涂料)的固化被认为是在聚合作用期间发生的化学反应。与其中仅溶剂(例如打印墨水或聚合物层各自的水分)以物理方式增湿或去除的这种层的干燥不同,由于打印墨水的可聚合物成分(和所依赖的系统和/或N-乙烯己内酰胺)和聚合物层的交联固化,在两个层的边界处发生化学固化,这被认为是改善的层的粘附的原因。通用的分散打印墨水不能提供可聚合成分,使得不能在作为装饰层的打印墨水和聚合物层之间发生这种化学固化。
本发明中优选使用的可聚合成分包括作为其主要成分的丙烯酸酯,具体而言丙烯酸酯单体、低聚物或可选地光引发剂,还包括作为液体活性稀释剂的N-乙烯己内酰胺。N-乙烯己内酰胺可以附加于丙烯酸酯添加到打印墨水中作为稀释剂并与它们交联聚合。可选地,也可以节省丙烯酸酯,并提供相应更大量的N-乙烯己内酰胺,这是因为N-乙烯己内酰胺自身也可以聚合。本领域的技术人员可以从德国公开DE197 02 467A1示例性地知晓相应的细节。因此,在优选实施例中,可聚合成分基本包括N-乙烯己内酰胺。在辐射的影响下,光引发剂引起单体或低聚物的聚合作用,从而使打印墨水更快地固化。基于可聚合丙烯酸酯的打印墨水与其上涂覆的聚合物层(作为耐磨层)一起的使用允许聚合物层的有利的牺牲,如本领域通常所需要的那样,来改善装饰层上聚合物的粘附。已经知晓的是,现有技术的通用分散涂料仅实现了与其上涂覆的具有硬度梯度的聚合物层的不够令人满意的粘附。在装饰层和聚合物层(耐磨层)之间底涂层的使用可以解决现有技术的该缺点。
对于本发明的分散颜料通常优选的是可聚合打印墨水,并具体而言是可聚合丙烯酸酯体系。可聚合打印墨水包括:作为主要成分的粘合剂,即包括活性双键的树脂;单体或低聚物形式的可聚合元素,例如丙烯酸酯单体和丙烯酸酯低聚物;可选的用于可辐射固化打印墨水的光引发剂;添加剂,例如上述N-乙烯己内酰胺、去沫剂、流动助剂、增稠剂等;颜料,例如酞菁染料、偶氮染料、靛青色染料、苯胺黑和/或碳黑颜料;以及用于实现特定物理技术属性的填料。通常,所使用的用于本发明的打印墨水还是可辐射固化的打印墨水,具体而言是可通过UV射线固化(UV可固化)的打印墨水。更优选地,打印墨水是UV可固化可聚合丙烯酸酯体系的。
优选地,底涂层是基于水性分散体(优选地水性丙烯酸酯体系)的,其包括合适的成分,使得可以通过帘幕式淋涂方法来涂覆。令人惊讶的是,已经发现,水性分散体的使用即使在塑料表面(具体而言PVC表面)上也实现了令人满意的粘附性。在现有技术中,底涂层通常由滚筒涂覆方法涂覆到承载层的表面上。通过这样的滚筒涂覆方法,涂覆材料(底涂层)从滚筒直接散布到被涂覆的表面上,或通过按压滚筒经由涂覆带间接按压到被涂覆的部件上。本申请的发明人已经注意到,以这种方式制造的表面不能实现预期的分辨率或精度,尤其是在如通常在模拟实木表面时所需的精细打印图像的情况下。具体而言,可聚合打印墨水的使用经常导致打印图像中的干扰条带。发明人已经惊讶地注意到,可以在使用帘幕式淋涂方法代替滚筒涂覆方法时避免这些问题。这认为是无论是将涂覆材料直接从滚筒涂覆到被涂覆表面还是通过涂覆带间接进行,滚筒涂覆处理的滚筒由于其在转移涂覆时的旋转,产生了表面的微小波纹。但是,波纹表面的波峰和波谷小到足以在利用普通的分散涂料来良好地印制。不过,认为以此方式涂覆的表面的这些非常小的突起是造成当使用可聚合打印墨水时的前述问题的原因。无论如何,可以通过当使用可聚合打印墨水(优选地,可聚合丙烯酸酯体系)时采用淋涂涂覆来防止不期望的条带的形成。
本领域的技术人员可以从现有技术(例如,EP1 252 937A1)知晓帘幕式淋涂方法和对应的设备,因此其详细描述在此省略。重要的是,利用帘幕式淋涂方法产生涂覆材料的液体帘幕,将被涂覆的部件引导通过该液体帘幕。不发生通过滚筒进行的涂覆。
在进一步优选的实施例中,底涂层具有的每平方米克重在15至150g/m2之间,优选地在30至100g/m2之间,更优选地在40和70g/m2之间,尤为优选地在50至75g/m2之间。这些每平方米克重在优选实施例中带来的厚度在5和300μm之间,优选地在15和200μm之间,更优选地在20和180μm之间,尤为优选地在25和100μm之间。已经证实,底涂层的这些厚度和每平方米克重提供了对于其上印制的装饰图案的优化涂层。
在优选实施例中,在聚合物层中嵌入耐磨颗粒,具体而言是金刚砂,其具有的平均直径为10至100μm,优选地为20至80μm,更优选地为25至70μm,尤为优选地为30至60μm。耐磨颗粒提供了实质延长根据本发明的板的使用寿命的可能性。
在固化之后,聚合物层(耐磨层)的总厚度应该优选地为20至300μm,更优选地为40至250μm,尤为优选地为50至220μm,极为优选地为60至180μm。已经证实,层厚一方面允许对金刚砂颗粒的良好覆盖或集成。聚合物层的优选材料是:1,6-乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、以及二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯。
在优选实施例中,已经借助于数码打印方法涂覆到底涂层上的装饰图案是根据本发明的板的唯一装饰层,即,不设置其他的装饰纸或装饰箔。因此,不需要设置单独的装饰纸或类似的结构,这可以带来实质性的成本降低,以及用于制造根据本发明的板的方法的简化。
如先前提及的,根据本发明的优选实施例,装饰层(装饰图案)的打印墨水与上方涂覆的聚合物层交联固化(聚合),并优选地通过对两者的同时辐射来交联固化。因此,在打印墨水和上方涂覆的一个或多个聚合物层之间的边界层处局部地发生所使用的聚合物的化学固化。已经证实,由此可以实现聚合物层在承载层上的特别良好的粘附性。在现有技术中,总是需要在装饰层与所涂覆的聚合物层之间额外使用底涂层以改善聚合物层的粘附性。本发明的优选实施例不仅省略了该底涂层,而且已经证实与通常基于底涂层的系统相比实现了聚合物层的粘附性改善。
以下,将就两个非限制性的示例来解释本发明。
示例1:“利用通常间接凹版印刷的板”
首先,具有4mm厚度的PVC承载层设置有借助于滚筒涂覆设备获得的基于可商业获取的水性丙烯酸酯分散体的初覆层。在此后的步骤中,通过高度填充水性丙烯酸酯分散材料的抹墙粉(spackle)借助于滚筒涂覆设备来使PVC承载层光滑。此后,借助于淋涂来涂覆打印基体,打印基体基于富含填料和颜料的水性丙烯酸酯分散体。在各涂覆步骤之后,在80和200℃之间的温度进行中间干燥。以此方式处理的PVC承载层被传送至打印机,该打印机基本包括凹版滚筒和橡胶滚筒以用于将打印图像从凹版筒转印到砖上。通过三个下游打印设备来产生打印图像,其中通过各个打印设备涂覆包含颜料和水性丙烯酸酯分散体的自打印墨水。例如,为了模拟深色胡桃实木,涂覆5g/m2的打印墨水。在进一步处理中,通过滚筒涂覆设备将可商业获取的UV初覆层涂覆到打印墨水层。最后,如WO2008/061791中所解释的,进行聚合物层的涂覆,以产生具有硬度梯度的聚合物层。为此,在第一步骤中,涂覆包含双键并富含光引发剂的可辐射固化低聚物。将包含双键并富含光引发剂的可辐射固化低聚物的另一层以湿湿混合的方式涂覆到被涂覆的结构承载箔上,并通过UV照射来聚合。在去除箔之后,得到精整涂覆的装置砖,其可以在后续处理中被划分为板,其中将已知的连接元件应用于这些板。以此方式涂覆的砖经历实验室测试。在此情况下,在漆膜划格测试(cross cutting test)中达到等级3。通常,为展现装饰而必须涂覆的打印墨水层越厚,则横切测试的结果越差。较差的横切只导致对于连接元件的形状的打磨更困难,这是因为容易在聚合物层处产生边缘中断。
示例2:“具有利用照射固化打印墨水已经产生的图案的板”
如示例1所解释的,将水性初覆层、抹墙粉和打印基底涂覆到所使用的具有4mm厚度的PVC承载层。在以此方式处理的砖上,借助于数码打印机产生如示例1的相同装饰图像。但是使用UV辐射固化数码打印墨水。为了产生打印图像,需要约2g/m2的颜料量。首先,以150mJ/cm2的辐射(水银灯)来固化颜料。此后,进行对主要包含二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯的、2g/m2的第一UV硬化层的涂覆。在此未辐射的层上,涂覆如示例1中的包含双键并富含光引发剂的低聚物。在此层上,如示例1中,通过提供箔的结构来涂覆第二低聚物层。封装被运送到UV辐射源,因此辐射固化层被聚合。其得到的聚合物层包括打印墨水和其上布置的全部层。基于此制造的板经历实验室测试。在漆膜划格测试期间,没有发生不同涂层间的散裂。

具体实施例
在图1中,示出了承载层12,其在各边缘处分别设置舌连接部和槽连接部,从而使得各个板10彼此连接。
在承载层12上设置了初覆层(primer coating)14。在所示的示例实施例中,在初覆层14上布置了补偿层16。补偿层16因此包含抹墙粉(spackle),该抹墙粉包含高度填充的丙烯酸类分散体。在补偿层16上,布置了底涂层17(priming coat)。在底涂层17的顶侧,印制装饰图案(装饰层)18,其优选地通过数码打印工艺得到。该装饰图案取决于其用途可以表现为任意图案。在底涂层以及装饰层以上,设置聚合物层系统19,其可通过UV辐射而固化。
接着,参照图2,示例性地描述根据本发明或根据本发明的方法的板的制造。图2示意性地示出了用于涂覆砖或板10的涂覆设备。砖10是例如如本领域所公知的具有4-8mm厚度并通过精整处理、未示出的处理步骤而被切割为期望尺寸和形状的较大的PVC砖。砖10通过辊送系统21而被引导通过涂覆设备的不同站台。所图示的涂覆站台不应被理解为最终形态,而是应该认为是针对根据本发明的方法的示例性解释。在所图示的站台的前方、后方或之间,还可以设置其他处理站台,例如其他的干燥站台、用于涂覆底涂层的站台、用于涂覆抹墙粉的站台等。在第一图示站台30中,通过由涂覆材料构成的液体帘幕31来将底涂层涂覆到砖10的主表面。液体帘幕31覆盖砖的整个宽度,并且砖被平移通过帘幕从而被涂覆。在输出帘幕的设备30下方,一个接收罐32位于当没有砖被引导通过帘幕时液体帘幕可以落入其中的位置,例如在两个相继的砖之间的间隙处。对于底涂层的涂覆材料,优选地使用水性丙烯酸酯分散体。在其后的干燥站台40中,利用热空气来干燥所涂覆的底涂层,即将水从水性丙烯酸酯分散体中去除。
在站台60中,将装饰性的装饰物(具体而言,实木装饰物)印制到底涂层上,其以借助于数码打印工艺的方式来进行处理。在打印之后,在涂覆站台70中,涂覆聚合物层。聚合物层被涂覆为具有硬度梯度,使得聚合物层的硬度基本上随着从聚合物层的表面观察的深度的增加而连续减小。因此,在涂覆设备71中涂覆基于可聚合丙烯酸酯体系的第一聚合层。在站台72中,以湿湿混合的方式将另一聚合物层涂覆到第一聚合物层上。如针对上述关于硬度梯度的涂覆所述的,第二聚合物层包括例如更高的双键比率。在站台71和72中以湿湿混合的方式涂覆两个聚合物层,使得在两层的界面处发生局部混合。在站台73中,通过施加UV辐射使得两个聚合物层交联固化。
优选地,站台60是数码打印站台,并使用基于可聚合丙烯酸酯的打印墨水。在此情况下,优选地在站台60和70之间不发生打印墨水的固化,但是,最好进行中间的干燥步骤,其中从打印墨水的可聚合丙烯酸酯去除少量水分。此后,在固化站台73中,打印墨水以及第一和第二聚合物层交联固化,这带来了特别具有强度的表面。
Claims (27)
1.一种板,其具体而言是壁、天花板或地板,包括塑料材料制成的承载层(12)和底涂层(17),其特征在于,底涂层(17)包括印制的装饰图案(18)并且在所述底涂层上设置固化的聚合物层(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的板,其特征在于所述承载层(12)是基于聚氯乙烯的。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的板,其特征在于,所述聚合物层(19)具有硬度梯度,使得所述聚合物层的硬度基本随着从所述聚合物层的表面观察的深度的增加而减小。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,用于打印所述装饰图案(18)的打印墨水包括可聚合丙烯酸酯和/或N-乙烯己内酰胺。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,用于打印所述装饰图案(18)的打印墨水包括可聚合丙烯酸酯和N-乙烯己内酰胺,N-乙烯己内酰胺的重量比占所述打印墨水的2%至50%,更优选为5%至40%,进一步优选为10%至30%。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,打印墨水和所述聚合物层已经交联固化,并优选地通过辐射而交联固化。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,通过数码打印来涂覆所述装饰图案(18)。

10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,在所述承载层(12)中设置重量百分比在5至50之间、优选地在10至20之间、更优选地在12至17之间的增塑剂,其中,特别地邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯和/或邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯被设置为或将被设置为增塑剂。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述承载层(12)所提供的厚度在3和20mm之间,优选地在4和15mm之间,更优选地在3和12mm之间,尤为优选地在4和10mm之间。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,在所述底涂层(17)以下,在承载材料(12)上设置初覆层(14)。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述初覆层(14)所具有的每平方米克重在3至20g/m2之间,优选地在5至15g/m2之间,更优选地在7和12g/m2之间,尤为优选地在8至10g/m2之间。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述底涂层(17)所设置或将设置的每平方米克重在15至150g/m2之间,优选地在30至100g/m2之间,更优选地在40和70g/m2之间,尤为优选地在50至65g/m2之间。
15.根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述底涂层(17)所具有的厚度在5和300μm之间,优选地在15和200μm之间,更优选地在20和180μm之间,尤为优选地在25和100μm之间。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,通过帘幕式淋涂方法来涂覆所述底涂层(17)。
17.根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述聚合物层设置或将设置耐磨颗粒,其中所述耐磨颗粒优选具有的平均直径为10至150μm,优选地为20至80μm,更优选地为25至70μm,尤为优选地为30至60μm,并还优选地包括金刚砂。
18.根据权利要求1至17中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,所述聚合物层(19)基于以下丙烯酸酯中的一种或多种:1,6-乙二醇二丙烯酸酯、聚酯丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、以及二丙二醇二丙烯酸酯。
19.根据权利要求1至18中任一项所述的板,其特征在于,除了在所述底涂层(17)上的所述装饰图案(18)之外不再涂覆其他装饰层,尤其是不再涂覆装饰纸或装饰箔。
20.一种用于制造板的方法,所述板具体而言是壁、天花板或地板,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(i)提供由塑料材料制成的承载层,其具体而言是基于聚氯乙烯的;
(ii)涂覆底涂层;
(iii)将装饰图案印制到所述底涂层上;
(iv)将至少第一聚合物层涂覆到所述底涂层上;
(v)可选地:将至少第二液体聚合物层涂覆到仍然潮湿的第一聚合物层上,使得产生所述聚合物层的局部混合;以及
(vi)使所述聚合物层硬化。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其特征在于,执行步骤(v)和(vi),使得固化的所述聚合物层提供硬度梯度,其中所述涂层的硬度随着从得到的涂层的表面观察的深度的增大而减小。
22.根据权利要求20或21所述的方法,其特征在于,通过可聚合打印墨水印制所述装饰图案,所述可聚合打印墨水具体而言是基于可聚合丙烯酸酯和/或N-乙烯己内酰胺。
23.根据权利要求20至22中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过可聚合打印墨水印制所述装饰图案,所述可聚合打印墨水包括如下打印墨水:a)可聚合丙烯酸酯;b)N-乙烯己内酰胺,N-乙烯己内酰胺的重量比占所述打印墨水的2%至50%,更优选为5%至40%,进一步优选为10%至30%。
24.根据权利要求20至23中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,至少打印墨水和所涂覆的聚合物层交联固化,优选地通过辐射而交联固化。
25.根据权利要求20至24中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过帘幕式淋涂方法来涂覆步骤(ii)的所述底涂层。
26.根据权利要求20至25中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在步骤(ii)之后,步骤(iii)之前,干燥所述底涂层。
27.根据权利要求20至26中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,通过数码打印来印制所述装饰层。
