Abstract

The invention relates to a shoe insert and a shoe, and in particular a shoe insert and a shoe that stabilize the foot during the walking motion and thereby increase walking power. To this end, a shoe insert has a stiffening region (120), wherein the stiffening region (120) comprises at least one region of the shoe insert extending substantially diagonally from the talus and os naviculare to the metatarsal head IV and/or V when the foot makes contact, wherein the stiffening region (120) is curved against the sole of the foot in the region of the talus and os naviculare when the foot makes contact and the shoe insert comprises a raised region, wherein at least the region from the metatarsal head III to the metatarsal head V is raised in design relative to the contact surface of the first metatarsalphalangeal joint when the foot makes contact. The invention further relates to a shoe having a corresponding footbed.

Claims (9)

1. Shoe insert, characterized in that the shoe insert has a substantially rigid stiffening region (120) which includes at least a region of the shoe insert extending substantially diagonally from the talus and navicular bone to the metatarsal heads IV
and/or V when the foot is placed, wherein the stiffening region (120) is arched toward the sole of the foot in the region of talus and navicular bone when the foot is placed, and the shoe insert has a raised region, wherein at least the region from the metatarsal head III to the metatarsal head V is raised with respect to the contact surface of the metatarsophalangeal joint when the foot is placed.
2. The shoe insert according to claim 1, characterized in that the raised region is formed in the regions of the metatarsal heads when the foot is placed.
3. The shoe insert according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the raised region is formed at least in the region of the connecting line between the metatarsal heads I and V when the foot is placed.
4. The shoe insert according to claim 3, characterized in that the raised region extends approximately 5 mm on both sides of the connecting line.
5. The shoe insert according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rise at least from the metatarsal head III to the metatarsal head V is caused by a pronation wedge.
6. The shoe insert according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral edge of the shoe insert is raised in the region of the forefoot with respect to the medial border of the shoe insert by approximately 1.5 to 4 mm when the foot is placed.
7. The shoe insert according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the shoe insert is constructed as an insole.
8. A shoe characterized in that the foot bed of the shoe comprises a stiffening region (120) which, when the foot is placed, includes at least one region of the foot bed extending substantially diagonally from the talus and the navicular bone to the metatarsal heads IV and/or V, wherein the stiffening region (120) is arched in the region of talus and the navicular bone toward the sole of the foot, and the foot bed has a raised region, wherein when the foot is placed, at least the region from the metatarsal head III to the metatarsal head V is raised with respect to the contact surface of the metatarsophalangeal joint.
9. The shoe according to claim 8, characterized in that the shoe comprises a cleat, wherein the cleat is disposed underneath the raised region.
