Abstract
SISTEMA DE RECICLAGEM DE CALOR E PROCESSOS PARA MELHORAR A EFICIêNCIA DE UM PROCESSO DE GASEIFICAçãO DE CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO CARBONáCEA E PARA RECUPERAR CALOR DE UM GáS QUENTE. A presente invenção apresenta um sistema que recicla calor recuperado de produtos quentes de um processo de gaseificação de carga de alimentação carbonácea de volta ao processo de gaseificação. Os produtos gasosos quentes são usados para aquecer fluidos de trabalho tais como ar e água para produzir ar quente, água quente ou vapor. Os fluidos aquecidos são usados para retomar o calor de volta ao processo de gaseificação. Sistema igualmente compreende um sistema de controle para otimizar a eficiência de um processo de gaseificação minimizando o consumo de energia do processo enquanto igualmente maximiza a produção de energia.HEAT RECYCLING SYSTEM AND PROCESSES TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF A CARBONARY FOOD GASIFICATION PROCESS AND TO RECOVER HOT GAS HEAT. The present invention provides a system that recycles heat recovered from hot products from a carbonaceous feed charge gasification process back to the gasification process. Hot gaseous products are used to heat work fluids such as air and water to produce hot air, hot water or steam. Heated fluids are used to resume heat back to the gasification process. System also comprises a control system to optimize the efficiency of a gasification process by minimizing process energy consumption while also maximizing energy production.
