Abstract
MÉTODO PARA CRIOPRESERVAÇÃO DE CÉLULA-TRONCO, POPULAÇÃO DE CÉLULAS-TRONCO, COMPOSIÇÃO DE CRIOPRESERVAÇÃO, USO DE NAC, E KIT DE CRIOPRESERVAÇÃO. A invenção se refere a métodos para a criopreservação de uma população de células-tronco, incluindo células-tronco mesenquimais (MSCs), como células-tronco estromais derivadas de adipose (ASCs). Mais particularmente, a invenção se refere ao uso de N-acetilcisteína (NAC) em métodos de criopreservação, populações de células obtidas dos ditos métodos, composições compreendendo as ditas células e usos das mesmas.
