Abstract
método, sistema e programa de computador para corte em máquina, proporcionando diversas partes de um pedaço de material, usando regras e variáveis de controle de corte a presente invenção está correlacionada a um método e um sistema de corte em máquina, proporcionando diversas partes (31, 32, 33, 34) de um pedaço de material usando uma tecnologia de corte de feixe direcional. a invenção proporciona um conjunto de regras e variáveis de controle para o corte de dois formatos ou padrões dimensionais. uma regra ou uma combinação de diversas regras é usada para a operação de corte, dependendo do formato ou padrão a ser cortado, em que o formato ou o padrão formam as partes (31, 32, 33, 34) do pedaço de material. a presente invenção, especificamente, ensina que o conjunto de regras de controle compreende regras para a formação de uma disposição agregada (3a) de partes com formatos de formas livres, as partes sendo posicionadas tão próximas entre si, de modo que somente a espessura de um corte do feixe de corte seja encontrada entre partes adjacentes, sempre que o formato das partes assim o permitir.
