processo de purificação de um éster alquílico de ácido graxo por extração líquido/líquido. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo de extração seletiva de monoglicerídeos presentes em um corte de ésteres alquílicos de ácidos graxos (eaag), compreendendo pelo menos uma etapa de extração líquido-líquido por meio de uma solvente polar (sp) compreendendo um álcool leve e opcionalmente de um solvente apolar (sp) compreendendo um solvente não miscível com álcool leve. a presente invenção refere-se, em particular, a um corte de ésteres alquílicos de ácidos graxos (eaag) de origem vegetal ou animal, notadamente utilicado em biodiesel capaz de ser obtido segundo o processo da invenção, de modo que seu teor em monoglicerídeos seja inferuir a 0,6%.
