Abstract
o presente pedido refere-se a um dispositivo de plasma frio (13) para tratar uma superfície (6) com plasma frio. o dispositivo (13) tem um gerador de plasma frio (14) adaptado para gerar plasma frio que produz espécies reativas para tratamento da superfície (6). o dispositivo (13) inclui, também, uma cabeça de tratamento (5) que é posicionada em relação à superfície (6) de modo que as espécies reativas sejam conferidas à superfície (6) durante o tratamento. o dispositivo (13) também é dotado de um gerador de fluxo de ar (8) para gerar um fluxo de ar sobre a superfície (6) e um controlador (9) configurado para controlar a operação do gerador de fluxo de ar (8) para gerar um fluxo de ar sobre a superfície (6) após o tratamento ter sido concluído, de modo que os subprodutos restantes do plasma frio sejam dissipados.
