Abstract
"ENZIMAS FITASE, áCIDOS NUCLéICOS CODIFICANDO ENZIMAS FITASE E VETORES E CéLULAS HOSPEDEIRAS INCORPORANDO AS MESMAS". Um novo DNA é provido o qual codifica uma enzima tendo atividade fitase isolado de Penicillium. é também provido um processo de isolamento de DNA codificando uma enzima tendo atividade fitase de organismos que possuem tal DNA, transformação do DNA em um organismo hospedeiro apropriado, expressão do DNA transformado e o uso da proteína fitase expressa em alimentação como um suplemento.
