Abstract
Un proceso de síntesis de hidrocarburos de Fischer-Tropsch de suspensión para la síntesis de hidrocarburos líquidos a partir de un gas de síntesis, en un reactor de síntesis de hidrocarburos, también hidroisomeriza los hidrocarburos sintetizados en una o más anillas de hidroisomerización de reactor de bajante externas fuera del reactor, pero que son parte del reactor de síntesis. Se usa un catalizador monolítico para la hidroisomerización, y la circulación de la suspensión entre el reactor de síntesis y la única o más anillas de hidroisomerización se logra, por lo menos en parte, por hidráulicos conducidos por la diferencia de densidad creados por la remoción de burbujas de gas de la suspensión pasada en la anilla. Con preferencia, las partículas de catalizador también son removidas antes de que la suspensión se ponga en contacto con el catalizador de hidroisomerización monolítico.
