Abstract
Un maximo de Nmax bits de codificacion es definido para una serie de parametros que pueden ser calculados a partir de un marco de senal. Los parametros para una primera subserie se calculan y codifican con N0 bits, donde N0 < Nmax. Se determina la asignacion de Nmax - N0 bits codificadores para los parametros de una segunda subserie, y se clasifican los bits codificadores asignados a los parametros para la segunda subserie.
