Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un material básico para fabricar una unidad laminar de PWB, que es un material preimpregnado UD de lámina delgada que comprende una capa de lámina delgada de metal conductor unida a una capa hecha de fibras de refuerzo paralelas orientadas unidireccionalmente, que tienen un diámetro por debajo de 30 æm, impregnadas con resina de matriz no completamente consolidada, el material preimpregnado UD de lámina delgada puede usarse para fabricar unidades laminares de PWB de pliegue cruzado US, apilandolas y prensándolas entre si, y entre otras capas UD, que pueden ser ya se capas preimpregnadas UD que no están en forma de lámina delgada, o bien capas mixtas UD no fluidas.
