Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a derivados de sulfonamida de la formula (I) (Ver Formula) en donde R1 es, inter alia, alquilo, alcoxi, hidroxi, ceto, nitro, halogeno, trihalometilo, ciano, amidino y -COOR7 (en la cual R7 es hidrogeno o alquilo), n es un numero entero desde 0 hasta 5; (Ver Formula) es un anillo carbocíclico o anillo heterocíclico; (Ver Formula) en al cual R2 y R3 cada uno son hidrogeno, alquilo, alcoxi, halogeno, trihalometilo o fenilo, o R2 y R3, tomados juntos, representan alquilideno, o (Ver Formula) en la cual R2 y R3, tomados junto con el átomo de carbono al cual los mismos están unidos, representa cicloalquilo; R4 es alquilo o alcoxi o dos de R4, unidos al nucleo de benceno en las posiciones orto uno con relacion al otro, tomados juntos, representan alquileno; m es un numero entero desde 0 hasta 4; y (Ver Formula) es amino substituido opcionalmente o un anillo que contiene nitrogeno, son descritos como nuevos compuestos farmacéuticos que tienen una actividad inhibitoria de la elastasa.
