Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método in vitro para reprogramar una célula a un estado menos diferenciado, caracterizado porque comprende; (a) cultivar una célula diferenciada con un medio de reprogramación que contiene albúmina, en donde la albúmina se trata con una resina de intercambio iónico o con carbón; (b) transfectar la célula con una o más moléculas de ARN sintéticas, en donde la una o más moléculas de ARN sintéticas incluye al menos una molécula de ARN que codifica uno o más factores de reprogramación y en donde la transfección resulta en la célula que expresa el uno o más factores de reprogramación; y (c) repetir la etapa (b) al menos dos veces durante cinco días consecutivos para resultar en la célula que se reprograma a un estado menos diferenciado.
