Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a la producción de polipéptidos multiméricos (por ejemplo, que comprenden dos o más subunidades, cada subunidad comprende dos o más cadenas polipeptídicas, tales como un anticuerpo multiespecífico o biespecífico) en células huésped eucariotas.
