slack-done

This is a small CLI to make it easy to tell your team when you finish up tasks.

Simply hit slack-done and tell what you have done. The package will then send a nice formatted message to a Slack channel of your choice.

Getting started

How to install

1. Install the npm package globally: npm install slack-done -g

2. Enter your Slack API token (You can create a test token here)

3. Enter the channel name you want the messages to be sent to

How to get things done

1. Open the CLI: slack-done

2. Enter the task you have done

3. Choose if you want to send or add more tasks
