CARROT CAKE OATMEAL BARS
INGREDIENTS 2 ripe bananas 1 to 1.5 cups @bobsredmilll Organic Protein Oats 1/2 cup grated carrots* 2 Tbsp. nut or seed butter Handful raisins 1/4 tsp. cinnamon DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Lightly coat loaf pan or baking dish with coconut oil. 3. In baking dish, mash bananas. Add remaining ingredients. Use spoon or hand to incorporate mixture. Use spoon to smooth out top. 4. Bake 30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
