Start with some corn and then grab your endoi sausage. Cut up the sausage into smaller pieces. I use one large sausage but you can use smaller if you find them. Now I got some potatoes which I added in. I used two bags of these small medley potatoes and put them right in my bowl. Then I got some butter which you're going to want to do is cut that butter into smaller pieces and spread it out on everything. Then I add my shrimp. This is the kind I use but you can use whatever you kind you like. Now for some authentic seasoning. I spread the old base seasoning all over this. A little bit of salt and pepper. We finish it up with some extra virgin olive oil. Then we cook this at 400 degrees for 40 minutes and here's our finished product. An authentic southern low country boil.

And what I'm going to do is now come in with some shrimp. Today I have an awesome seafood dish for you. This going to include shrimp and as you may have noticed. I'm going to spread this across my whole. I'm going to have this in a thirteen by nine dish. Don't worry it's a little full but hey that's how we like it. This is going to be absolutely delicious. Coming in with two whole sliced lemons. I'm just going to place the lemons around the dish. I'm going to go pretty much on the outside of the dish because you want those lemon juices to kind of seal in all that flavor around the edges. But don't worry. I know it looks a little chaotic right now but I will tell you one thing. This is going to end up being the most dish seafood dish you've ever tasted. Now I'm coming in with some butter. This is salted butter. And I'm going to place this on the inside of this. I'm going to go super fast here. But oh my goodness. It's smelling like the ocean right now. And I love the ocean. Especially the Hawaii ocean because it's beautiful out there. And this is what this is remind me. This is remind me of Hawaii. And I did try some king crab out there. And man it was so good. I hope you guys enjoy this. I'm going to go super fast. Okay. That was one whole stick of butter. Now we're getting somewhere. Now I'm coming in with some garlic. I love using the Spice World minced garlic. Don't worry about the juices and all that. You want to get that right on top. You want to put a decent amount here. And even on the lemon. Cuz what this is going to do is this is going to seep into that. And you need you pretty much need this whole entire garlic chamber. I used about half of this. Oh my gosh. The aroma is outraged. I'm going to distribute this across the whole dish because you want garlic on every bite. And don't worry that'll melt and seep into the bottom. Now finally for our final little seasoning second to final. This is Old Bay. If you don't use Old Bay on seafood you're doing it wrong. And I'm just going to sprinkle this across the whole entire dish. Oh my gosh. The aroma is outrageous. You want to put a decent amount in there because all those juices are going to melt right into the scrab. Now we're on our Final step. Chopped parsley. Oh man. Using chopped parsley's going to add that perfect little perfect little taste right on top. And you want to put on the lemon. You want to put it everywhere. And this is adding a great colour but more importantly oh that was way too much. Great flavour. It's okay if you put a lot here because there's a lot of seafood under there. Now we're getting somewhere. Holy moly. That might be the most delicious looking thing I've ever made. Okay. So now we are ready. I have my oven set to three fifty. I'm going to put it in there for probably about like 30 minutes. Alright so this came fresh out of the oven. And I'm just going to oh it smells so delicious. Can you see? Do you hear it sizzle? No. Yeah. That's super nice. Okay I'm going to take just a little bit right here. Oh look at that. Perfectly cooked. Wow. That looks absolutely delicious. Uh you feel free to crack open a crab leg but I'm definitely going to give this a try. Super look at the steam. I'm so excited to try this. Oh my gosh. That is absolutely delicious like for real. You guys gotta give that a try. Wow. Mhm.
