Why you’ll love Easter Egg Truffles

The best part about this tasty Easter treat is they are so easy to make. (The hardest part is shaping the crushed Oreos and cream cheese mixture, but if that’s the hardest part of a recipe, you know it’s going to be an easy one!)

It’s also a no-bake, kid-friendly recipe. I made these with my kids recently (gotta test the recipe before Easter!) and they had a blast making them. I had them shape the Oreo mixture (I helped a few times) and put the egg-shaped Oreos onto a baking sheet. I took over for the next step (melting white chocolate in a double boiler and dipping the Oreo eggs), but they did the final step: adding the sprinkles!

I’m not going to lie… the Easter Oreo truffles were gone in two days! They’re just so good. If you’re making them for Easter, you might want to make a double or triple batch!
