| railgun isn't getting another season anytime soon. Index has enough stuff for like another 4 seasons to adapt, but it's gonna be quite unlikely. i've still got my hopes up as a diehard index fan. |

| There is a high possibility. I’ve only binged the toaru series just half a year ago so idk much but Index and railgun did return after 7 years and there a lot of other animes that got a s2,s3 after along time. Like look at chihayafuru. Also there nothing wrong with wanting to watch it animated instead because I am the same as well. I do plan to read railgun and index as well but I’m not a big fan of the railgun manga artsyle so that’s why I perfer it animated. |

All of th above entered The Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi Hall of Fame. So basically, it is so popular that they need to ban them in order to promote something new. THE BAD NEWS is that most adaptations, especially Index's, are glorified ads, so this also means that they need these ads anymore. |

Interesting, although I didn’t quite get this last bit about Index and ads π Would you mind explaining a bit, and that’s mainly because I might have misunderstood something π Some of the anime adaptations are basically expensive ads for the source material. It is one of the reasons why some series dont get more seasons even if the adaptation sells well. For example the Haruhi series. Index took 7 years to get its 3rd season and even then it was pretty terrible since well...the novels are way WAY ahead of it. |
