Cindy makes a yummy breakfast bake with waffles, eggs, cheese and sausage | By Kristin's Friends | Alright, y'all. So, we have six waffles here. Next, going to take a slice of extra sharp cheddar cheese and put it on top of each waffle, alright? There we go and sometimes two get stuck together but you know what? That's alright. I love cheese. I'll make sure I get that one with the extra cheese. Okay, next I have some cooked breakfast sausage. So, we're going to put one on top of each waffle just like so. And then you know what we have two left so we just going to put those right in the middle just like that oh this looks so good already don't you think so Friends oh smells really good those alright here we go so now I'm going to pour our eggs on top and you kind of just let this fall wherever they fall Think I have about 13 eggs here. It's good for my family but you can use less or more if you like. We got a few more up here. Perfect. That looks so great. Alright, at this point, we're going to put a little bit of dried chives right on top. Just gives it a little flavor. Oh, that looks so good. Look at that. We're going to use a little bit of Himalayan pink salt. It's my favorite salt to use. Just a little sprinkle sprinkle. Alright and then what we going to do here we have another layer of cheese we're using this fiesta blend I really like using this We're just going to sprinkle this right on top, alright? We want some cheese right on top of our eggs and our sausage and we just want a nice, thin layer just like that. So, this is one of my favorite breakfast bakes to make. It taste so good. You get everything in one dish. You have your waffle. You have your sausage. You have your eggs and then my favorite part, what we're going to do last, I have these little hash brown patties. So, we just going to put this right on top of our breakfast bake, alright? Oh, this is so Just like so. And then right here at the bottom, we're just going to do it like that. Oh, can we fit three more? You know what? We're going to fit three more. We're going to make em fit. Look at that. Oh, this is going to be so good. So, again, we have our waffles on the bottom. We have our eggs, our sausage, our cheese, and then our hash brown patties. All we going to do is put this in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes. I'm so excited. Alright, y'all. Look what we have here. Look at how good those hash browns look. So crispy. You know what? You know what hash browns always need though? A little bit of salt. So, we're going to put a little bit of our pink Himalayan salt right on top of the hash browns. So, you know this is done when these hash browns start turning a little brown, okay? They get nice and crispy. So, remember, underneath here, we have our waffles. We have our sausage, our eggs, and lots of cheese. Everything's better with cheese. So, we're going to try and get a whole waffle out of here and I'm just going to kind of guess. I think it's like right about here and always make sure y'all grease your pan, okay? Let me see if I can get this out. Alright, I got it. I got it. Wanna flip it upside down? Look at this. Look at that waffle. Doesn't that look beautiful? Mmm. Looks so good. Alright. So, you know what we're going to do now? We're going to cut into this. See all those layers, that sausage. Oh, I love some sausage here. I'm going to put my sausage back and my egg yolk. I'm excited to have some of this right now. I'm going to use my hands. Look at this. Alright, Imma get some of that crispy hash brown. We got some of that sausage, that egg. This going to be so good. Here we go y'all. Mm. Mm.

yummy 1 pan breakfast | breakfast | yummy 1 pan breakfast this is a quick and easy breakfast recipe! | By Kristin's Friends | Just have a few more right here. Put these sausages in a nice row. Like that. So this is one of my favorite breakfast to make. It's so yummy. It's so easy. And you know what? My whole family just loves it. This country sausage is so good. Alright. And once those are in there like that, you can kind of arrange the sausages however you'd like. I kind of like leaving them in a row like this but it really don't matter. It's all going to the same place anyways. So next here we have some sharp cheddar cheese. Now I'm telling you for this breakfast this is my favorite kind of cheese to use. But you can use whatever you'd like. One of my kids really likes that pepper Jack cheese but you know what? I just think it's a little too spicy for my liking. So I just use this cheddar. And I think sharp cheddar is the best. You get all that extra flavor. It's just so good. Now I think I need just a little bit more. Alright. I think that looks perfect. I'm so excited y'all. I'm so excited. Alright. So next we have here these tater tots. So you know what? I know in breakfast usually you you use hash browns. But I really like using these tater tots. I think I just think they taste so good with this breakfast. I think it's a fun shape. And my kids just love it. They just think it's so good. So we just going to do a nice layer. And again you can top the whole you can do the whole top with tater tots if you like. You know you probably use a of these. It's they're extra filling too which I like. I just think it's really really it's a great great idea to use for breakfast. So we got so far we got our sausage, our eggs, our cheese, and our tater tots. Alright y'all. So next we need a little bit of salt. And I like using this sea salt. It's healthy. My doctor told me sea salt is real good. So that's what I've been using lately in my breakfast. And you know what? Even in my dessert sometimes we have a little bit pepper as well and again, you can customize this. If y'all want to use a little hot sauce in this dish, you can or something else but I just don't like that. I don't like food too spicy. I'm I'm sensitive to that. Alright. So, we have some onions here and we're just going to sprinkle a nice little layer of onions right on top of these tater tots and you know what? I just think onions give this dish such a good flavor and it's a great way to sneak a little bit of vegetable into a breakfast. You can't even taste it. It just gives you it just gives it good flavor and I just I just love using these onions. It's so good. That's looking so good. It smells so good so far too. You know what y'all? I am so excited because this is really one of my favorite breakfast I've ever come up with. It's so good. Alright so for our last layer here we have some of this cheese here. This American cheese. And we just going to put a layer of cheese right on top. I'm telling y'all this is so good. We just going to do squares like this all the way down our dish and it's kind of like a a crust topper for our breakfast casserole. It's just so good. Alright and you know we can fit 444 down and two across. And even if they overlap a little bit that's alright. Because you know what? You can never have enough cheese. Never never ever. Cheese makes everything better. Look I even just rhymed. Isn't that silly? Ha ha. Alright y'all here we go. This is perfect. That little piece fell. Alright. One more thing y'all. We have a little bit of chives and I just like putting a little bit of chives right on top. Again, add some really good flavor and then you're also getting this beautiful color and I am so excited about this breakfast y'all. So now, all we going to do here, we're going to put this in the oven at 375 for about 20 minutes and I am so excited to show y'all one of my favorite breakfast. Alright, y'all. So, I took this out of the oven. I don't know about ten, 15 minutes ago. I want to let it cool a little bit before I cut into it but look at how non those cheese squares melted right onto those tater tots. I'm so excited to try this y'all. I'm just going to cut a cut a little piece right here in the middle. Right around this cheese because you know what? I love cheese. So I want to make sure I get me a whole big piece of cheese. Oh my goodness. Those layers. That looks so good. My eggs are perfectly cooked. Over easy. It's exactly what we want y'all. You know what I'm going to get a little bit of this. Egg yolk. Alright. You know what? I gotta have a bite. I'm so hungry. I've been waiting so long to eat my favorite breakfast. We're going to get a nice bite of that sausage, one of them tots, some egg, and that cheese. I'm so excited to eat this y'all. Mm. Y'all this is so good. You have to try it.
