I have 10 ounces of frozen spinach right in my lime Crock Pot. Now, y'all I have eight ounces of cream cheese. Right on top of our spinach. We're making a little pile here of deliciousness. Alright, y'all. This is going to be an easy appetizer. I love using my Crock Pot in the summer. Now, we going to add a little bit of garlic of I would say 1 to2 teaspoons or tablespoons. Y'all know how I feel about garlic. So, we doing, we doing that much. We're doing that much. Alright, y'all. Now, we add in we have eight ounces of mozzarella cheese, eight ounces right there. Alright eight ounces we also add in I have a can a 13-ounce can of quartered artichoke carbs if y'all want to cut this up smaller you can but guess what I didn't that's okay y'all can do whatever you want do what makes you happy that's a secret to life wait till y'all see my shirt wait till y'all see my shirt I have to show y'all it's so exciting alright we put a little bit of crushed red pepper I put a lot on there because I was distracted but that's okay we also need some seasoning we're doing a little bit of salt and we're doing a little bit of black pepper. I think I can put new batteries in my pepper thing. It's it's like going a little bit slow y'all. Alright. Now y'all what else do we have? We have some dehydrated onion. If y'all want to use onion powder you can. I'm putting about one to two tablespoons of this in. Alright. So we're just going to put it right there. Alright. Now y'all I have some sour cream. Sour cream. Oh about a half cup or so. Alright. So right there. Right there. Perfect. That's how much. Y'all know how I like to measure. Alright our last thing we have y'all. I have a six-ounce bag of Parmesan cheese, alright? So, we're using the whole thing. Um if y'all want to shred your own cheese, you can but y'all know, y'all know. Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. Today, I didn't and it's alright. Alright, so we're going to give this a little mix kind of. Um it's kind of going to be hard to mix because there's just a frozen brick of spinach down there but we just going to we just going to move it around, alright? That's it. Look at that. That looks great y'all. Alright, so we're going to cover this and we're going to cook this on half for about 2 hours. Or so. We just need the spinach to thaw and the cheeses to melt and y'all y'all have yourselves a quick, easy spinach artichoke dip that's perfect for the summer because you ain't heating up your house and I can't wait to show you all what I like to serve this with. Alright, y'all. Uh before I tell you all a story, someone want to say hi, right? We just finished making our spinach artichoke dip and now it has to cook for a while, right Biscuit? They miss you. They haven't seen you in a long time, little baby. You're so cute. I just love this little baby. I love you. You want to go? You want to go baby poopy? Maybe we'll show you later too. But look there's no food around right now y'all. There's no food. It's just a cat. Oh y'all can see my messy kitchen right now. Um y'all so two things. One I just realized I'm filming this in selfie mode so this is going to be backwards but I might change it. Do what makes you happy. I have to say thank you to Julie Brown. She sent me this shirt y'all and I I love it. I'm so excited. I love it so much. Julie, did you make this shirt or did you order it? I don't know. If y'all have, if you have a link, you should post it here if people want to get it but I love this shirt so much. So, thank you. Our spinach and artichoke dip is cooking right behind me. Uh where's my crock pot? There it is. Uh my kitchen's a mess right now y'all and I'm going to tell y'all why. We're doing some renovations. Um and that's it. But I just wanted to show y'all Kevin. I wanted to say thank you to Julie for the shirt. And then we'll be back when our spinach and artichoke dip is done y'all. Alright y'all. Our spinach hard sugar dip is done. So we cutting we we making a little serving platter here. Alright so I have some chips, some tortilla chips. I also have these little pita breads. They're so cute. I love these. So we're going to put these in here too. And then y'all I'm so this is only been cooking for about 2 hours on high I I checked it and it was done so I say if you if you have more time just cook it on low alright so let's see if I should bring this over here I have my little platter here. And y'all I'm about to turn the camera around and I have a surprise for you so don't go anywhere. Here is look I already y'all I'm not going to lie. I already started eating it. It's real good. Alright so let's get some of this out. I would say if y'all want you can cut up the artichoke heart smaller but y'all know. I I I don't that takes too much time. I don't like to do that. Alright y'all. Let's put this in here. This is nice and thick and chunky. I'm excited. I love spinach artichoke dip. Alright. Y'all is heavy. Look, I was trying to hold this with one hand so I could press record. Um alright, so we have our Crock Pot spinach and artichoke dip and I'm serving this with some tortilla chips and some little mini pita bread. Is that what it is? Pita or none or something? None? I don't know. Something like that. Alright, y'all. Guess what? Come to try it and guess what y'all? Fred. Yeah. Come here Fred. Y'all Fred's right here. I know. We I was playing a trick on you like he was no he he was standing by right here. He was waiting. Look at his hair y'all. It's it's good right? Listen, my hair is fine. I I like your hair, Fred. Alright, you ready? It's hot, Fred, so be careful. Spinach artichoke dip in the crock pot. It took like 2 hours. Weren't you eating this earlier? Fred, don't tell anybody. She was eating this earlier. Y'all it's real good. Okay. But we have to do this for the camera. Cheers. Oh wow. Mm. Y'all y'all you have to try this. It's so good. Y'all have a question too. Okay? This is important. Fred. So y'all. Uh I wonder if I should show me y'all my hair. I'm going to move this right now because I want to show y'all yes. Friends be quiet. One person talks at a time Fred. Okay y'all. So I'm going to show y'all my hair. Okay y'all I'm going to get my hair done on Monday. I'm getting it colored. Okay? Because y'all know once you get a little bit older you get some gray hair. Now my natural hair color. Okay y'all I know this is crazy right now. I have bobby pins in. There's my natural hair color. Y'all see that dark? Except right here I get some gray hair y'all. Don't tell anybody. But so I've been I've been staying blonde because honestly y'all I go get my hair done like once every four months. Five months maybe and it's great. But Friends telling me I should go dark again. I should have my whole hair brunette. I don't know. I want to know what y'all I'm I'm probably not going to do it. I'm going to stay blonde because it going then I'm going to have to go get my hair colored like every four weeks y'all. I don't I don't want to do that. That's too much for me. Y'all know y'all know that. I'm not high maintenance but anyways, Fred, you can say you're a back to dark. Fred wants me to go back to dark hair. I don't know. I I want to stay blonde. To her original hair color. Let me know what y'all think. I love y'all. So does Fred. Bye. Bye.

68K views · 1.6K reactions | Delicious viral queso | Delicious viral queso Have ya'll tried this viral crockpot queso? | By Kristin's Country Kitchen | Alright y'all. So I gotta tell y'all. I found this recipe online on TikTok. Are y'all on TikTok? Well I look at it sometimes and I saw this girl. She made this like queso dip in her crockpot and she said it's like the like as good as restaurant queso. So I'm trying it. So I'm going to be honest y'all. I've never made this before. This is the first time. So you know what I figured? I'll just I'll just do it with y'all and we can see how it turns out together. Alright? I feel like it should be good. But we all see. So y'all see I have my Kitchen scissors here. I love using these. We're going to take a pound of Pepper Jack cheese and then a pound of American cheese. Let me get this out of here. Alright. Now, we're just going to dump it all in. If I, man, I can't even get this out y'all. This is hard. So, we're going to put both of these in the crockpot Now I'm going to cut them up in squares. I guess it helps it melt better. I don't know. That's what she did so that's what I'm going to do. Cut them up. I guess I could use enough too but this is much easier. Much easier. Alright so one pound of pepper jack. One pound of American. I'm putting this in the crockpot. This is perfect because I'm having a little gathering later. So I'm cooking a lot of yummy dishes today. And I think this one will be a hit. Hopefully. Hopefully it's good. Alright so I'm just going to break these squares apart a little bit. Just just roughly. I mean I I don't think it really matters. But again I'm just trying to follow what she did so I guess she it looks real good at the end too so we'll see. I'm going to try it out though. I'm going to try it out. Alright y'all. All this cheese. So much cheese. I love cheese. What do y'all think? Have y'all ever made a queso in the crockpot? If you have, let me know. I want to know your recipe because I love queso. It's like my favorite thing to do. When I when I have an off day, I I like to go to the local Mexican restaurant. Have me a margarita and some queso and chips and you know what? Life is good. Then, life is good y'all. Alright. I know I'm just peeling this cheese apart for a long time but okay, I think that's pretty Alright, so we have our cheese. Next, this is what she did too. She took two, oops, I spilled some. She took two cans of evaporated milk, alright? Two cans. So, we're going to dump these right on in. Just like so. Alright. Alright. Now, in her recipe, she put in a jalapeno. She chopped up a jalapeno and that was it but I'm you know, y'all know I like to change mine a little bit. So, we're taking a can of Rotel and I'm going to dump this whole can right on in. I drained out a lot of the juice y'all and then I also have here these mild green chilies. So, I'm going to take like a spoonful of these and I'm just going to put it right on in, alright? So, I'm going to kind of mix this. I mean, it's kind of hard to mix because we got these big old chunks of cheese but I'm just going to kind of get the the tomatoes in there. So, yeah, like I said y'all in her recipe she just did the cheese the evaporated milk and a whole jalapeno chopped it up and put it in but I don't know I feel like I I like when I have queso with some tomatoes and stuff in it so we going to try this alright y'all so that's really it now all we going to do we're going to cover this and we're going to cook this on high for about 2 hours but I'm just going to eyeball it and see when all the cheese is melted and I'm so excited to try this with y'all alright y'all this has been on high in my crockpot for 2 hours alright so we gotta mix it oh wow okay we gotta mix it let's see alright it's a little more liquidy than I thought but we'll See? Okay. So remember y'all I haven't tried this yet. This is like that viral TikTok queso but actually once you stir it alright all the cheese is melted so that's good. It smells good. So you know what y'all I think it's time to try. Alright. And yes I'm mixing it with a fork. Alright so what we're going to do here I'm going to move this over. I have a little platter here. Actually this is a bacon fish. Cuz I don't have a chip platter but this is what we going to do okay? So we're going to ladle some of this cheese right into this bowl in the center. Oh Alright, I don't know. I kind of feel like, I feel like we need some more color. Should I put a few, I'm going to put a few more of these chilis right on top just like we're like that. I mean, that's not very colorful but whatever. We trying. Alright, here here it goes y'all. Let's see. I'm going to take one. We're going to see if this is if this is as good as they say on TikTok and remember, I'll change it up a little bit though but it's going to be real hot but I don't know. We'll see. Let's see. Okay, stop dripping. Alright. Okay, y'all. It's pretty good. You know what? I think I need to just try it again to make sure it's good. It's pretty good. Okay, y'all. Um two things. One, it does taste like the kind you get at a restaurant, the queso. Two, it's a little bit spicy for my liking. I'm very sensitive. I know it's crazy but I think those fire roasted tomatoes next time I might not use I might not use that because it's a little spicy but it's real good y'all. You should try it. You should try it and if you make it and you do something different, let me know because I I want to know I love queso. I'm just going to keep eating this.

You should be using about a/ 4 cup of mustard here. I want a little overboard but that's okay. After that, I'm bringing in some Kinder Seasoning. This is a barbecue seasoning. It's the brown sugar seasoning but you can use whatever barbecue seasoning you love. Just load it on there and mix it up. You're going to put this in your smoker for about an hour or in your oven at about 400 degrees until those start to brown up and cook through. After that, we're going to come in with a little bit of honey. I'm using one full head of honey here. So, about a quarter cup of honey to glaze over those smoked sausages or hot dogs. Again, I used a bowl of sausages but hot dogs are what this recipe calls for. The ingredients are pretty much identical so because these are half the price. Anyway, we're put barbecue sauce on there and toss everything around. I used again about half a bottle of the barbecue sauce and a quarter cup of that honey. Toss it around. Put it back in the oven. Again, around 400 degrees until everything is cooked through but you could also use your smoker here. Use your judgement. You want some burnt ends when you finish with this. Let me know what you think. How would you change this recipe and don't forget to share with your friends. Yummy. Mmm mmm mmm. These were so delicious and you wouldn't even know they're not hot. Dogs. Ha.

Once it is, add half of a chopped red bell pepper, half of a chopped green bell pepper, quarter teaspoon of black pepper, quarter teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a half a teaspoon of onion powder, a/ 4 teaspoon of smoked papri and two teaspoons of Where's Your Sister Sauce. Then go ahead and give this one more really good stir. If you like it spicy, this is a chance to add some of your favorite hot sauce enough to make it happy. Stir it all in right before you poop the whole thing onto some plastic wrap. Pull the plastic wrap up around it and use it to form it into a big, beautiful bowl. Take that bowl, put it in the fridge to set and while it's in there, get a bowl, remove the price tag. This is the part most people would use pecans. I'm not. I'm using pretzels. Crush them and put them in the bowl. Well, you're ready to serve your cheese ball, get it out and just roll it in your crushed pretzels until it's completely covered like this and then get the other half of that red bell pepper and the other half of that green bell pepper and roll this in those peppers until it reminds you of Christmas. Once it does, put it on a serving platter, surround it with crackers. Use one of them to scoop up a big old bite and then put the whole thing in your mouth. Takes a lot of balls to survive Christmas. So far, this is my favorite. Note to self. Ritz crackers are the worst crackers to eat a cheese ball with. See you in the comments.
