Who remembers the picnic bar? Crispy and chewy with lots of peanuts and raisins and smothered in chocolate. Well this is my vegan version. They are also one of the easiest things to make. Only 5 ingredients and 3 easy steps. ✔️ You’ll want to save this one 1.25 cups of vegan dark chocolate (about 200g) 1/4 cup nut butter (60g) 1.75 cups puffed quinoa (45g) 1/2 cup salted peanuts (70g) 1/2 cup raisins (100g) Optional extra drizzle of chocolate and nuts on the top
