To add to this - if you've got any app on a Win64 system, remember the Wow6432node \
under "software" - that's where you'll find Adobe on those systems.

For Acrobat and Reader, I'd recommend using:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\9.0\Installer\VersionMin HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Adobe \
Acrobat\9.0\Installer\VersionMax

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\9.0\Installer\VersionMin \
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\9.0\Installer\VersionMax

VersionMax contains MajorMajor (Major + Single Dot - e.g. 9.3 would be 90003) \
VersionMin contains MinorMinor (Double Dot - e.g. 9.3.0 would be 0, 9.3.1 would be 1)
