We ordered this clay for the first time and were disappointed. There was no protective seal or foil under the lid. The expiration date states 12 months from the manufacturing date, but it's unclear whether the clay had been opened before it reached us. I've attached a photo. To me, it seems like any protective seal was either removed or never applied at the factory because there are glue traces inside the jar. Additionally, the product photo on the website shows a sticker that seals both the lid and the jar, ensuring it hasn't been opened before reaching the customer. It's unclear what happened in our case.
This is a great styling product. However, the scent is extremely strong.
