Running an import soon
editI've written a script (which you can see here) to import all the games from vglist into Wikidata as vglist IDs. This'll be run by NicereddyBot as soon as I get approval for the task. Nicereddy (talk) 06:06, 26 June 2020 (UTC)
- Okay, import done! Added 33.4k vglist IDs to Wikidata. A little under 200 games didn't get matched because their name on vglist differed from Wikidata, so I'm gonna go through and see if I can finish that up manually. Nicereddy (talk) 18:48, 5 July 2020 (UTC)

vglist links to wrong item
edithttps://vglist.co/games/100307 says the developer is "???" which could be the name of a company but is more likely to mean "unknown"; it links to https://vglist.co/companies/7980 and that says the Wikidata item for "???" is ??? (Q68666745), but that item describes an article in a scientific journal and is probably a duplicate of An objective-prism spectral survey of early-type stars in a region of Cassiopeia (Q68461151). I changed the statements in CG Madness (Q126279054) to deprecated rank, but it also needs correcting in vglist. Peter James (talk) 03:25, 6 December 2024 (UTC)
