Pokémon Love Manaphy

This Manaphy was distributed to players to commemorate the end of Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl, as well as to celebrate the upcoming release of Pokémon Black and White. This event was held during the weekends at e-mart stores in Eunpyeong, Gojan, Suwon, Wolbae, Haeundae, and Wonju from March 12 to April 17, 2011. Over two weekends (March 12, 13, 19 and 20, 2011), these stores also held events where players could experience the new Black and White games before their release.

2009 Pokémon Thrilling Adventure

These Pokémon were distributed to players who attended the 2009 Pokémon Thrilling Adventure (Korean: 2009 포켓몬 두근두근 어드벤처 2009 Pokémon Dugundugun Adventure) held at the Seoul Character & Licensing Fair 2009 in COEX Mall, Seoul, from July 24 to 26, 2009. The Pokémon were available from 10 am to 6 pm for the first two days, and from 10 am to 5 pm on the final day.

There were five zones players could visit. Players could receive Pikachu and the Secret Key at the Game Zone. At the Shaymin Zone, 10 random players who submitted a thank you letter were selected to receive Shaymin. The other zones were Stage, Play Zone, and Friendly Shop.
