RESOLVED: Sir Win Casino BEWARE

found this casino on your new casino list, and after signing up, making sure that the software they showed would work for me since I am in the US, I deposited. NOT ONE SLOTS GAME WILL LOAD. I spent hours followign their suggestion of downloading different browsers clearing cache etc. and two VPNS. 

When I asked for my bitcoin back, and tried to withdraw, they are demanding I play through $55 the amount i deposited even though the games dont work. 

I have copied a chat where the person told me they were going to make me wait, told me go find something besides slots, etc. RUDE, MEAN, WOULDNT RESPOND, ETC. Here is one of my several chats. NOT OK, SO FAR I HAVE TRIED 3 TIMES TO SEND MY MONEY BACK TO MYSELF AND THEY HAVE ME BLOCKED.

SIR WIN CASINO UPDATE, I FOUND THAT NORTON VPN, ALLOWED ME TO PLAY SOME OF THE GAMES. SO I PLAYTHROUGH MY $55, WHICH IS WHY THEY SAID I COULD NOT WITHDRAW. NOW i HAVE ASKED FOR A WITHDRAWAL, MONDAY AROUND 3PM, AND I AM ATTACHING THE CHAT WHERE I ASKED HOW LONG THEY TAKE TO PAY. 

OK, CLOSE THE CASE, THEY PAID ME MY BITCOIN WITHIN ABOUT A HALF HOUR, EVEN THOUGH THEIR CHAT SAID IT COULD TAKE DAYS. i STILL AM NOT TRUSTING THEM AND WILL PLAY ELSEWHERE BUT WHAT A PAIN. THANKS

We're glad to hear that your issue has been resolved, we'll close this complaint now. 

I have withdrawan and won many times at Sirwin. This is one of my go to casinos. You need to use a good VPN that you have to pay a fee for in order for you to gain access to restricted games. I use Express VPN and I also use Norton. I will say that most of the Microgaming software wont load for me but only when I play at Sirwin. I play at Fortune Jack and they load fine for me.

Same. Told me to down load opera nothing will load.  Said games prohibited in my location.  They won't gone me my money back.  RUDE. SO RUDE. TOLD ME TO STOP OCCUPYING THIS SPACE. 

Sirwin is terrible. 

Good for you.  The fact that you have to use a vpn is a red flag.  These people are crooks
