I tried to sign up but i was informed i already had a pre existing account. I know i dont already have a account and the email i tried to use is new. This is messeds up

well i tried logging in it said my info was wrong used the forgot password link said my password was sucessfully changed then when i tried to log in again it said failed wrong info again
