  • Hello , I want to participate a issue that is happeningg with this casino

    I have been asking for having access the leaderboards of tournaments that ocoured a few days ago and and others that  are occurring now

    (by request for several times)

    The casino support told me every time I asked, that they were updating and forming it. And then they told me that i It will be divulged only in the end of the tournament as the winners lists and prizes like the tournament Money Race 2 and others. Where i  do have participated with effort and spent a lot of money in the games that were contributing to that tournaments maybe thousands or hundreds of euros wagered

    .So that way I couldn't see my points made, my rank neither the difference to the other participating. Only I could check it was my position in the bonus tab  where it maybe not the correct one and in which I thought It was correct because i have found that sames tournaments are running in several others casinos with all participants of all casinos without it have been explicit dolt in the casino tournament page. So I deduce that the position that i achieve that was shown in bonus tab it was only related to the players of this casino

    Then after the tournament ends I ask for the final winner list as the final leaderboardand yet didn'tprovide any information yet

    ,only saying that's a delay or asking for screenshot for my participation

    .And Its already past 6 days without any information. That I am asking all days and they dont awnser anymore to my requests about it or neither show the leaderboard of the tournemts

    This casino only in that tournament don't give 90 000 euros in prizes and I lost hundrers to try to reach a good position
    Maybe the prizes were gone to another casino that have more participants with higher wagers than me...

    .So I am going allert to all that this casino ishidding and and misleading costumers to play and bet in the tournemtns where there they anyone knows what happens in the leaderboard during and in the end of the tournemtns. And maybe they will pay some prizes. .or maybe otthers casinos players will get the prizes that this casino promote to get our bets.

    Please try to inquire the casno representat , maybe he will try to be more open to talk whats is happen with the resuslts of the tournments that arens published neither the prizes are given for long times afters their ends

  • Hello..Sorry the delay on reply... I am gratefully to Berks ,the lcb.org team and to the casino to this issued and to be kindly and attentive to it. The casino support told me that this is being solved and taking care now , and in the next future it will be fixed , witch is great . Nevertheless this problem still continues , because I logged in all boongo provider games slots on the the casino , and none have the leaderboard of the Money Race 2 Tourment, neithers the prizes issued, but only the leadearboard of a tournment that is being running now. They tlod me that I must log when I m playing with a bonus , so it dont shows the present tournament, but i didnt have a bonus and they could give a tinny one just to try. After that I get a bonus on points of the casino and when I try to open the slots games It says that I was enable to play because I have a bonus active, and the leaderbourd still being the same as the current one. Now They just told me that the techinl department is working on it, but I still dont know the leadearbourds of that tournment , that are in the total 16 , because the total prize of 90000 was divided in 14 daily and 2 semanal contests and leaderbours distribuited. So at the moment I still dont know any results , classification, neither leaderbourds , neither prizes if i am untiltle to , and they just tell me to be patiente and wait and its already been 8 days that it ends and 26 that it starts without any information of it or neither compensations because I could have been playing now with the winning prizes. If they have access to the infrmation of the leaderboard they could at least tell me what are my classifications and prizes won if I win.. Again I´m gratefully to you , and hope that the casino solve that problem , because Its one or even of the bests casinos that I ever play with a great reputation already conquer on casinos online , and I only wish that they have even quickly fast cashouts times , because sometimes it takes about one hour or a little more.   • Just to update , because it past already some more days , and I dont want you to think that I forget to let you knowing how the case is going on! 

    I have been waiting for the results of the tournament. before they told me that there was a delay on releasing and to be patience and its been already more than 12 days now since the tournament ends and the hide all the information about it.

    In my latest contacts , they just don't reply, or they told me the place I finished when the tournaments have 16 leader boards prizes pools at all. On for each day of 14 and more one in the middle and another in the end considering the total of the days.

    Or they ask for a screenshot of prize  that I win in that tournament, when they never shown the leader boards of the tournament..

    Seems like they hide and pretend that they don't know anything about that tournament at all,  and asking for Screenshots  they even asked me a screenshot of the prize for the place they told me I ended to deposit in my account. .but it must be my impression but I will let you know later.

    They also say that the place that I ended and they could not give me a bonus first i have the prize for each leader board and the place that I ended it should correspond a prize or not.. so Im expecting to know more than one classification ...( I think they consider the prizes of the tournament like a bonus.. but that are conditional to play on specific slots only and it must wager hundreds and thousands to get a prize...and i don't understand why they are telling me thy cant give me a bonus if a place they told me ended correspond  to a prize.. .) .

     

    I also note and found that this tournament had run on another casinos as well, and that has been organization was done by the provider games   not by the casinos, and that was a delay in all the casinos..

    Maybe you can consider to open a section to complains against providers too :)

    I have been  already told me too today that the results has already available to the payers that participate in  some of those casinos too and in some casinos the participants have access to all leader bords updated at any moment during all the tournament. and it must be a problem of  compatibility software of the webpages that it causes most  of the casinos they dont shown those.

    So I hope that they can clarify everything soon about it, and I will be back here right after that so I can so i can share with you the result of this issue , that the provider games caused and in wicht my casino (I hope ) should give to their participants players  on that.

  • Hello, I  am gratefully that i win a prize corresponding to ended at 19 place on the tournent at 200 awarded places. 

    But the casino is hiding something .The tournament had 14 dailys pools leader boardsacting independently ( with 150 awarded places each) .. and one total end pool leader board , that correspond to the sum total of the 14 daily leader boards. 

    They say that I dont win anything more than the prize corresponding to the total end leader board! 

    And I ask for my classification  on the daily leader boards that I participate and they say that they communicate my request to the respective department ( trash ?).and I think maybe I can get an answer ( but I doubt )

    Well If my total total points ended position was 19 , its mathematically IMPOSSIBLE to reach that place without having at least a very good daily position with a prize position

    In my opinion, this was maybe a provider issue with the tournaments leader boards, And as the casino didn't have the leader boards of the provider, they resolve to try , not only to keep hiding all the information about the tournamen,t,but lying about it ( ) to try to solve the issue with the casino participants.

    So the case is still not close , and I am keeping waiting for the rest of the results.. and as soon as they gave me an answer, if they don't give me a satisfaction and the information I am requiring I will have to move forward to action  and send  all logged information tournament that they took of and ask screenshotss..

    I think the casino is having similar  troubles to others providers tournaments, because they are promoting and running it and they cant show the updated  leadearboards  neither taking in consideration with the bets placed.. So the big issue is mainly technician  , becaue this is a credible casino .

    I think they are with technical problems with the external tournaments , as they arent able to run on webpage the of the external casinos leader boards  updatet at any moment , and the don't give answers , information neither a justification . I should not be with this issue for shure.

  • This casino told me that they are still waiting for the provider results , and it already past 25 days from the end of tournament. And now they are already running more 2 tournaments of the same provider and the only say "the leader board will be available when the tournament will over." 

    Why to complain  ? this casino runs tournaments to getting the players depositing and play and don't show the leader boards updated, in the end they just hide the tournament information and they don't reply , They just do what they want! So I must start to warning all the others gambling sites too too about this, as they dont give any reply!

    I understand that´s not casino fault..but the casino in first didn't present any information about the provider issues, so anyone could guess about it, They just told us to wait, and wait.. 

    In my opinion I should say that in this case, the Booogo provider should not be able to continue to promote their games in doing tournaments, if they can offer an updated information during and right after the end of it. It doesn't make no sense to participate in one competition, if we don't know anything about the classification, and its very upset to  wait , now for almost one month, to know about it.  The provider should have fix first their information issue and only after they could run any tournament. It only will prejudice everybody. 

    I will keep waiting hoping that it wont take to much long now.

  • Well , its strange that its already past 30 days since the tournament is over and the provider dont let the casino know any information about it and only have heard to wait, screenshots and  lies! 

    And the casino are running more 2 tournaments of the same provider and don't give any information about the classification or leader boards.. This is not a normal delay ! there something wrong wit this issue

  • Thanks ! I just think thats it all very strange that the provider don't give any justification to the casino , or to the participants of the tournament for more than one month. Ad the casino just don't know anything about it and keep running others tournaments from them with the same information problem. Thats one reason for the existence of the computers, to automate , and calculate operations almost instantly! 

    If they dont pay until now, they probably wont pay anymore, and trying to make the participants to forget about it!

    I’m livid , this is now the second time I have placed in a tournament and have not received my winnings upon the ending of the tournament . Last time it took you two weeks and over 30 hours of my times sitting on chat and going back and forth with emails just to get you to issue me my winnings. Here we are again I placed 18th in the twinkling tournament and I am owed €250. EVERY TIME YOU GUYS SAY  “we transferred it to the proper department “ and I don’t hear back for weeks , this IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. You have terms and conditions for a reason and it protects the player and you as well . It is illegal to not honor terms abs conditions as well as falsely advertising promotions that you have no intention of paying out. I want my money added to my account NOW this is absolutely unacceptable your casino is a mess I’m constantly being worn down to the point of actual tears and extreme anxiety from the lack of real support and the speed at which you handle things . I once contacted my vip manager 10 times a day via 3 different emails (because she said I should make another email because she wasn’t “getting my emails”) as well and had my request transferred via chat 3x a day for an ENTIRE MONTH AND NEVER GOT A RESPONSE , I gave up.     It took me 2 weeks to receive my winnings from Boongo or 7bit when I won 5th place in the money race 2 tournament. This casino is so unprofessional and these winnings are promised to be payed out immediately upon completion of tournament! Weeks we wait! Months??? This casino is scamming people left and right and they can't even offer curtesy  free spins while we wait for winnings that legally should have been paid out immediately . It's so wrong .

I've been a regular depositing player at 7bit casino for a couple of years now.   I am Canadian but have been staying in the states with my elderly mother since my dad passed away last year.  I'd never really won anything until recently but always loved the games available. My first win and withdrawal went through without any hiccup, but my second one (yesterday) has hit a speed bump.   • Julie! I have also been waiting forever for my cash out .. why is it taking so long . I've  been waiting almost 24 hours and every other time my cash out has taken no more than 1 1/2 hours to reach me . Im really upset I need my winnings. I am so sick of hearing "please be patient " that's literally all these people at 7bit say, it's the absolute most unhelpful and vague answer in fact it's insulting . You cannot keep saying that when players are waiting far past the maximum advertised wait time for their transaction to process. In fact, under the faq and withdrawal times it clearly says , withdrawals via bitcoin (which is what I am using) have a processing time of - INSTANT. I  was just hoping they were behind and it wasn't some bad sign that they had taken this long.

    How long did you end up waiting by the time it was finally processed? ( im at 20 hours )

  • It's now been 24 hours .. I'm going to lose my mind this is so frustrating I seriously want to cry and the worst part is, my winnings are from a special vip bonus that I have recieved and won from before and that was back in September. Anyways I got the bonus again it was 20 spins with no max cash out and I got it from my vip manager and I have received it once before. I have proof of the email and screen shots of the bonus and other validating evidence including the chat from the last time I got this bonus. This time will be no  different because this casino is a mess always , but what happened last time is the finance team didn't realize there were extra special terms with no max cash out and they denied my cash out and took all winnngs I had that were above $100 out of my funds when that was not supposed to happen. So I had to open chat and lay out the whole situation for the hundreth time with proof again of the bonus terms blah blah , and the agent apologized and refunded me the amount that was taken out of my balance which happened to be like 1,800$ . So this time it is happening again where I'll have to get denied first and then my funds be returned to me via chat and then I'll have to re start the cash out all over again. I've tried to explain this to the current agents and they refuse to help me at all in any way to annotate my cash out or my account so that the finance team won't wrongfully deny me and take my winnings like last time but instead will process my current cash out as it should be , especially when I'm 24 hours in to my waiting period which is ridiculous. So because of all of this I will have to go through this all over again like the first time I had this bonus terms except this time the wait time is astronomical compared to previously . I could accept it if it were only 1 1/2 hours each cash out . But over 24 hours each time and I am expected to go through this immediately after this one is messed up- is just not okay. This is such a mess I am so stressed out constantly .  
    i have proof of the bonus directly from my vip manager , and other screen shots to assist that proof, as well as screen shot of the chat where they fixed the denied cash out and refunded me my money the first time. So everything could be handled differently this time but the chat agents aren't listening to me they just keep saying "I'm begging you wait , wait patiently " . That's easy to say when you don't have your money being kept from you when you need it the most!

  • They denied my cash out took the money, and are not honoring my vip managers special terms no max cash out. I gave proof of the offer as well as proof of the chat conversation that took place when this happened to me the last time I received this offer . The agent was able to add the funds back into my account that they wrongfully took from me which was nearly 2,000 this time it is $2,000 that they have taken from me. I already waited 2 days for my cash out they NEED to give me my money back . I was counting on that money my dog stopped eating and I need to go to the vet and they continue to argue with me and tell me they transferred me to a different deparnent which when they say that takes days often weeks to get a resolution . I cannot wait that long my dog is going to die . They are driving me nuts they always do this to me I'm literally crying and so stressed out . The pathetic part is this special terms bonus was offered to me as an apology for all of the crap they have put me through and the pass maximum wait times they have made me sit through days and weeks after I am supposed to be paid out winnings from tournaments and stuff. I can't stand this casino right now they are holding my dogs life in their hands by withholding my winnings . 
    the first screen shots are of the email where the offer is clearly given to me with all of the date and sender details visible . The second screen shot is proof that my account recognized the bonus terms because under normal circumstances when you have a bonus with a max cash out once you meet the wagering requirements, any amount above the max cash out is immediately removed from your account and you're left with the max cash out . So the that screen shot shows that did not happen bechase I had no max cash out and it shows that my withdrawable amount was the entire 2,100 $ not $100.(will only let me add 4 photos so i can give the last photo mentioned upon request to anyone)  The final two screen shots are of the chat from three months ago where when I was at this exact point the chat agent apologized and refunded me the amount . I need my money back NOW . Please I'm begging you I shouldn't have to fight this hard for my money . It's always like this with you guys
