    Yes, passport id and utility bill with address.
    Sent documents a long time ago, probably a year , and received a notification of their receipt.
    Last deposit was also about year ago

  • Avoid lucky tiger casino.  deposited several times, played, never won and deposits were immediately sucked up without a chance of a win.  Management had accused me of a chargeback on a card, when I only used bitcoin .  when i provided evidence of a statement they requested through chat, they replied that they needed additional info to remedy the situation, so i provided it, and was then told that they needed to further investigate even when they said proof of the last verification they requested was submitted, and accommodated confirmation of my dispute, in which it did.  STAY AWAY.

  • 888 Tiger Casino is nonresponsive to all forms of request for support. I have left several messages in the chat box they have on site specifically for support questions and help.  I have sent several emails to the support addy provided on the site as the email address for support.  I tried the phone number listed and that number is BOGUS! I am trying to contact this casino to get help making a withdrawal.  I have sent in the docs needed for verification and followed up with several emails asking for confirmation that the docs have been received.  

    All in all, I need to know how to REALLY contact this casino.  Because so far with no answers or return communication I'm beginning to believe this is an online scam that is pretending to be a casino.  They are just taking the money deposited then ignoring all customer support inquiries.

    So I have been reviewing some of the most recent complaints regarding 888 Tiger Casino and on March 29th 2023 this message was left regarding a complaint   

    Please be kindly advised that due to the technical issues that have happened to the processor, making deposits and requesting withdrawals as well as accessing chat are not available at the moment. However, the winnings has been already sent by the Finance Team to the Bitcoin wallet provided, that is why it is not on your balance anymore. You have been informed over the email accordingly.

     SO is this still the case with 888 Tiger casino?  For this casino to withhold this information from customers is WRONG!!!  And the only reason I can think of that a casino would withhold such information is a reason that financially benefits this casino and could have a negative monetary impact on the consumer.   If this does happen to be the reason behind the lack of communication from this casino and it's avoidance in granting withdrawal requests from customers. Then this casino should be BLACKLISTED until it has solved all of the technical processing issues it has.  

    I have a feeling that some of these technical issues 888 Tiger casino is experiencing have also been happening with the other casinos this casino is associated with.  The reason for this is that one of the complaints in April gave a screen shot example of an error the customer received when attempting to make a withdrawal from Superior casino and it is the very same error message I have been getting.  Perhaps these technical processing issues involve all the casinos within the SuperiorShareGroup?  Something that should be looked at for the protection of all current and future customers looking at the use of these casinos!

  • Concerning my issue with 888Tiger. The one hundred dollars on there before I deposited was a ndb for signing up. They then said I over bet as to not pay out. I don't care about that first one hundred if it makes it easier for the deposited wins

    PS Sorry LCB for using your forum to try and reach this casino.  But the only time I have ever been able to communicate with this casino has been when Someone from LCB has found a way to get some communication happening between the customer and this casino.
