  • Before I start bashing them, I want to say that Vegas Crest has always paid me what they owed me. Not always on time but always. And they have paid ALOT!

         I have deposited alot over the years, I'm a VIP player, I have over 4,000,000 player points but I  have withdrawn far more than I  have deposited. (Which is why I am encountering problems now I am  sure.) Most of my winnings coming from the VIP tournaments and Blackjack Tournaments. I have always played by their rules, their games, no bots, no software.I just played smart and played to win. Which I  did....a lot! 

    So that's when "Risk Management" got involved . They restricted me from playing certain games. Games that other players could play in the tournaments but not me. They also lowered my deposit limit to $99 so I could no longer get the bigger deposit bonuses they offer on deposits of $100, $250....

    Can't play in the blackjack tournaments anymore, 

    There is a lot more to the story and I can discuss it further but for now just wondering if this is standard practice when people win to much?

    Do I have any recourse?

    Thanks for your concerns and long explanation as you clearly stated under your post, you strategically use the bonus system to play smart and played to win.

    VIP players get twice the rewards and bonuses to be compensated and extend playtime for recreational use only.

    Now talking about deposit limits are set by the processors, when a player hits their daily and monthly limits is not really up to the casino manager, that is more about your deposit behaviour and therefore is out the operator's hands perhaps something to improve but also difficult for USA customers. 

    Regarding bonuses despite all the points mentioned, Bonus and account are still enable under your player profile, even rules have been broken in the past like one account per householder.

    I hope you continue to enjoy our Casinos and remember bonuses are given to be used for recreational purposes only, stated under our T&C.

  • My main concern was being blocked from playing certain games. There are probably 15-20 games I can't  play. 

      Also I  was told the deposit limits were lowered by vegas crest but the manager says he can't do any thing about it...?

    Furthermore , bonuses are limited to one per household per ip address..but a husband and wife can each hold separate accounts can they not?

    Any one playing the tournaments is playing to win. It's still rerecreational is it not?

    I just want to be able to play the games you blocked me from playing.

    Like other players I like to gamble, I am competitive,  I  see many of the same names on the leader board week after week.

    Many with accounts at VC and CS. Which I  don't do.

    I played and lost money for many years at your casino. And enjoyed playing

    But now that I  have won money, I am being punished.

    Your polite suggestion sounded almost like a threat. But thanks for the advice.

        I apologize for my part in escalating the competitiveness to such extreme levels but at the same time...it sure was fun!  And profitable.

  • I have cashed out to much, they don't like the way I  play and they want me to go away but I'm not .

    I am just more determined to keep winning their tournaments. 

    They give away thousands of dollars every month in tournaments and I work hard to win as much as I  can.

    I  have tried to help .. and I am still willing to help them pick games for the tournaments that can't be manipulated for an advantage. 

    I  won all three tournaments this week

    Playing games they shouldn't include in the tournament. 

    Other players manipulate these games to win. So to beat them I have to do the same.

    I'd be willing to forfeit the $2000 I have, and help them build a better tournament. If they would just restore my account to normal.

    I have a problem of slow payment which is very unusual in Vegas Crest Casino so I would like to know if there's any problem with my Bankwire payout which I requested the 2nd of September and which was sent the 7th of September.

    I think there's a problem because I already received in a very short time 3 previous bank wire payouts in July and August, so I know there's no problem for my bank receiving and crediting these payments into my account.

    But this time I made my payout request 2 weeks ago and the payment was sent 9 days ago, so I know there's a problem with this payment. I made another payout request the 12th of September which was sent the 15th of September and I hope this second one will be as quick as usual, but my question concerns the first one.

  • Sometimes they take the full 7-10 business days from the day its approved. Which will be mon. The 20th.  Especially if you're making lots of withdrawls. They will take longer.

    Have they taken any games away from you? Or reduced your deposit limits? That will be next!

  • My deposit limits have been limited months ago, but Vegas Crest and Cyberspins casinos are still my favourite casinos, because they have always paid what I won... It's only the second time I have a worry with one withdrawal in these casinos, but this time it's different because the withdrawal has been quickly approved, as usual, and the transaction has been quickly sent, like many other times. My worry is I didn't receive the payment into my bank account 9 days after it was sent, and this never happened to me before with one of these casinos. I am waiting for the answer of the Vegas Crest casino rep to know what's happening with this withdrawal...

  • Hello, I received the payment of my withdrawal this morning... I don't know if it's because of the intervention of the Vegas Crest Casino rep or simply because of something else which made the delay longer than usual, but my withdrawal has been paid. Another thing I like with Vegas Crest and Cyberspins is that when I have a problem, it has always been quickly resolved. Still number one for me!

  • Dont you like seeing Laurentr3765 win every week? I know i like it so much that I dont even play at these casinos much anymore. Also, even if they did tell you what game he won on, there is a good chance players from the USA cant play that particular game. This is a simiple inequality issue because US players do not have access to the same games as EU players.

    But were from the USA where inequality is our brand right? Thats the narritive the fake news has been pushing for the last 2 years since Fentanyl Floyd died in Minnesota.

  • I recently made a deposit on Cyber Spins casino during their Easter Countdown Bonus.  I sent a bitcoin deposit of $152 so that I could receive the 275% bonus when the deposit did not go through I contacted support and they had me contact the accounting department which I did.  They said that my deposit was not credited because I was over my funding limit but they would manually credit my account with $147.42 which was not the amount I deposited.  I questioned that, but they had giving me the 175% bonus, and when I later looked in my account they had taken the bonus they had given me away all together.  So I messaged them again for the last two days with no response.

  • So last Sunday I had 500 free play and 250 on my other account. My dad only had 25 cause he placed like 6th. Somehow he turned 25 into 2000 and being on social security that's like 4 months worth of payments. He was amped and I made some jokes about the casino will say Bitcoin is down and only the wire option was available. He can't get wires so that was one of the main issues and why we stressed that point. So I help him put in the withdrawal and we wait 48 hours till they looked at it which is normal here. They wrote him saying only wire transfer would be able to be used on his account. Mind you he had done Bitcoin withdrawals in the past. The support guy said it's bank wire or nothing so his 2000 turned into play money instantly.

    I know your mad at him cause he won and didn't give it all back the same day like I would have done. I just thought it was dirty how you limited him to only a wire transfer when that's the one way he cannot take advantage of.

    Could you please let us know how to get back Bitcoin withdrawals? Rember he cannot do wires so please don't limit him to tham

  • Also maybe people don't want foreign wires being deposited into their account. There are things that set off flags at banks and wires from over seas is one of them. If it triggers a IRS audit and your taxes aren't in order, they will comb thru your shit and even go back a few years. 

  • I wanna make sure I can withdraw Bitcoin or am i being restricted to IRS Audit generating wire transfers as well. So the withdrawal process is already bloated and slow under the pretense that finance has to do their audit. Why not call it what it is and say your looking for any reason to deny a withdrawal. 

    When you gotta wait 48 hours plus the wire transfer time it's going to be like 2 weeks. When I cashed out 6590 at bovada it was 35 mins start to finish on that withdrawal. Also that included confirmations as well. I'm sure your business model will prevail but the sub 1 hour withdrawal is nice. But waiting 2 weeks for a wire transfer and then a surprise audit by the IRS at the end of the year? All set on that

      I've been expecting this day to come for some time now.

    Today I  received notice that my account has been permenatly disabled!  

    Not because I  broke any rules mind you.

    The decision was made after a careful analysis of my betting and depositing history.

    I have never cheated, never broke any rules. Followed and met all the terms and conditions.

    I did, however,  withdrawl a lot , a whole lot!  But 99% of my winnings came from their tournaments.  

    Years ago I noticed that the same players were winning the tournaments every week. Eventually I figured out how and started doing what they were doing. It was the only way to beat them.

    Over the years the rules changed and players kept changing strategies and discovering new ways to win.

    There is no way to beat the house. No way to get an edge, or advantage over the Casino. But in tournament play there are ways to get an edge or advantage over the other players.

    There are always several other players battling it out for first place.  I haven't been the one dominating the leader boards lately.

    Fact is..... I did nothing wrong.

    They told me their decision is final and will not be reversed.

  • Hi, I received an email yesterday stating that CyberSpins riskmanagement has invoked me as being a customer.   They state that there decision is final.  Well I do not understand there decision I have followed the rules and played responsibly.   I made it to be a VIP this month and would have continued it in August.   

    This really I believe has been in the works for awhile,  first I had games taken away from me, then I was limited on how much I could deposit per day and how I could deposit.

    What is even more crazy is I was in the Mascot tournament and won 3rd with a casino bonus. 

    I guess this is more of a rant than a complaint.  I think that the way I was playing and winning was not what they wanted so they just decided to take it away,  I could see if I were doing something wrong but I was not.

    We have received a response and proof from Casino Rep. This is what they said..

    "The casino management has shown a great deal of patience over the years, and despite the abuse that has been plainly demonstrated and freely discussed within the forum, there are no outstanding balances on either of their player accounts.

    Risk management has taken the final decision to terminate their accounts due to the abuse and breach of terms and conditions over the years."

    In summation, we believe that Vegas Crest Casino and CyberSpins Casino have been more then correct over the years, your accounts are empty and all the previous winnings you have had throughout the years have been paid out. The fact that you both had playable accounts coming from the same household and both being abusive on the tournaments, it is no surprise that this is the result in the end.

      We played hard. Did we we had to do to beat the other players. 

    Follewed all the rules.

    I voluntarily closed my cyberspins account years ago and blueeyes closed here VegasCrest account so we couldn't be accused of that. Even though they tell you it's okay to have an account at both Casinos .

    And you have proof of what? That we withdrew a lot of money.

    That's the only reason our accounts were closed.

    Really disappointed  ZUGA.

    If vegascrest and cyberspins can't afford to payout the tournament winnings maybe they shouldn't have them..

    They invited. Me every week to try. To.win. this week's tournament..

    They keep giving me bonuses  they kept paying me because they knew I wasn't breaking any rules or doing anything illegal. 

    They did. However break their own terms with delayed payments and imposing deposit limits, locking us out of games that other players could play in the tournaments.
