    perhaps it's coincidence I stumbled across the post about a new rep at sapphirebet. I had seen the 1 euro deposit minimum and was curious to see how it played out so I made the necessary deposit via Litecoin.That was a week ago almost and my account has still not been credited nor my money returned.Now Ive been on live chat about fifty times and ive spoken to all the agents Cleo ,michael,mason you name them ,I chatted with them.I gave each of them the transaction hash as requested several times  and was told to hold on the chat while they checked, which i did and after a few minutes they would disconnect and I would be left hanging in the chatbox alone ,for hours.They all did the same thing everytime and some more than once... they just disappear and ignore me... they resurface hours later as a new agent...(im guessing its the same person).I was told they are looking into it and i should hold.Ive also sent numerous emails as requested to info@sapphirebet.com and countless other emails with hash and proof of successful transaction and attachments yo other email addresses yhey provided....close to about 30 emails...guess what ...not one has been replied to, not a single reply in a week. ...not even acknowledgement of receipt of my query.I can only assume this is standard practice as it plays out the same everytime i  go on chat....

    they would ask for the transaction hash... I'd comply .... I'm told  to hold... which i do... then they  disconnect...but just beforeask me to  send another  email to info@sapphirebet.com...i do it all....but still nothing ....no replies... no action nothing.....this has been drawing out nearly one week.Im no fool and i use crypto daily i know how it works its simple to trace the transaction on the blockchain..and credit my account accordingly ..but for some reason this the conduct the support ,and finance specialists as the agents like to call them., are giving me....and  I'm still waiting...welcome to LCB btw ..perhaps you can resolve this.Im very interested in how this pans out?
