    Okay so when I made my deposit I got the 202% bonus, it was supposed to be no rules, no max cashout no rules, they kept saying no rules over and over , in their ad it even said make a deposit get the bonus and cash it right out because there's no rules.

    Well it turns out there was a 10x roll over, so okay I rolled it over, and the bonus balance is gone and I just have my regular balance now of 50.07$ usd and they keep telling me it's not withdrawable. 

    So I just don't understand, first of there seems to be a lot of rules for a no rules deposit, and I just dont understand why I can't cash out.

    I did eveyrtihng that was asked of me and even more so (did the verification even though they advertise not needing KYC if you're depositing with crypto which I did).

  • When I first saw this promo I was like wow this sounds amazing so I double check with the live chat guy if this is all what it says and he says yep, and no KYC if you use crypto, I'm like okay cool.

    Make a  ETH deposit, he was mistaken, there's a 10x wr. Okay. I roll it over, and go to cash out 50 bucks, just cause I wanted to see if they're legit or not. And they want me to verify my phone number now.

    Im like okay...it was supposed to be no KYC (don't really care, but just goes to show you how they do business right...), but whatever just a text I don't care. I put my number in, and it was one of those weird boxes where it already had a +1 for the international area code, and then I put my number and it was weird it was like no matter how I tried to put my number in, the spaces and the dashes appeared automatically and in the wrong spot, and the number wont work. Frustrating.

    I ask the live chat and he says its not working because I'm putting in a different number then I signed up with (which was weird because I only ever have this number and use autofill), so I ask to update number, he tells me I have to email the banking department, and he gives me the wrong email address (with an obvious typo in it, I double check he says no that's it), they don't write back for a bit, I find a support email address and email them asking to update my number, they're now asking me to fully verify.

    So I send my passport, and a selfie. They make me do it again. Meanwhile I try to withdraw again, and this time I managed to get my number and the dashes and the area code all the right way and it worked they send me a verification code (so my phone # was fine the entire time and I just went through all that song and dance for no reason) and I try to withdraw and they email me asking to confirm wallet address and then deny the withdrawal.

     

    Telling me The bonus amount of $76.80 is not withdrawable, 

    Well holy smokes. For NO RULES, this seems like a lot of rules.
    Why would you put, CLAIM IT NOW BEFORE IT EXPIRES AND CASH OUT INSTANTLY, in all caps mind you?

    At this point can I just please get my fifty bucks back.

  • Has anyone gotten the tournament rewards from the cryptoween tournament at Casino Extreme yet? I've asked and asked and ASKED, and every time the ONLY response I get is " you will receive an email notifying you once your reward has been processed". Well once on like the 10th of November I got one to at least admit to me that they haven't all gone out yet. I only ask because I've tried reaching out to the casino in literally EVERY possible way. All the social media sites, live chat, email. No help at all. Not even a response.  I'm mainly agitated because they ALWAYS stay pretty firm on their Terms and Conditions, for better or worse. But in the terms it explicitly states that rewards for the cryptoween tournament will be distributed within 3 DAYS after the tourney is over.     There is absolutely no way that anybody would come to that conclusion after looking at this graphic, this is extremely misleading and quite frankly (and I apologize if this sounds rude) I feel ripped off to be perfectly honest with you. And at this point I just want my 50$ back.

  • Warning I came in contact with scammers claiming to be the original and legitimate Yabby casino. They went as far as to send copy cat emails that look identical.  The only difference is the web pages are obviously a different set up. I did go on to report this to the company to try and keep folks away from possible problems. Attached are some screenshots I took in order to get the message out. Good Luck And Stay Safe Everyone!!!! There is an example of he correspondence I was able to take of the operators response to the issues.

The winnings were voided and she then lost her deposit. You stole 50 dollars from her. This is the last straw michael, 3000 dollars wasn't enough fro you so now we are at war again.   • Also. These are the terms for the specific promotion. The fact that it clearly says "no consecutive payouts without a deposit in between" implies that you can in fact get more than one payout. Your banking team last night kept giving different excuses for doing it and some words that shouldn't have been said were said but again at 3 am with the last 20 dollars someone has already lost and being told "no it doesn't say that" while being shown a picture of the terms on your website tempers will flare especially after they stole 2 thousand dollars earlier this year.

    Without taking charge obviously! Will the day come when they operate in good faith and accept their mistakes?

    Yes exactly that, why are they allowed to so blatantly deceive & lie to people? That's an incredibly shady way of doing business.

    And can they be called mistakes if they are done on purpose, continuously , repeatadly & in perpetuity and for profit???

  • I have started doing this.... I will not make a deposit to any casino until my account is verified. I have been burned way to many times.. Made many deposits then when it's time to pay, casino ignores my document emails and I never get paid. I am trying to send my documents to yabby casino so my account will be verified prior to making deposits so should I ever have a withdrawal, I won't have to deal with the casinos shady tactics to delay and avoid paying my winnings. Yabby casino continues to refuse to provide me the email address to send my documents too. I will NEVER understand why casinos will take your unverified deposits all day long but when it comes time to pay you must be verified. I'm sorry but it should be the same for deposits. They should require verification to deposit if they require it to withdrawal. Or they should not require it for deposit or withdrawal. Posting this to warn people the casino refuses to verify you until it's time to delay a payout!
