    Please avoid bitcoincasino.io at all costs! They will not refund you if something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility, they will fabricate lies and misleading arguements, their casino is not functioning as other casinos function, they disable api keys for undo bets so they gain a house edge. They failed to provide proof or reason behind my $100 compensation. This casino is a big ass scam! I guarentee you will lose your money if you do not read my comment. I vouch for this casino to be blacklisted immediately. My team is in contact with   to have this site shut down asap, i wish everyone the best but i guess $5,000 loss is nothing compared to the gains i made with my bot trader this month trading altcoins.

  • Hi bitcoincasino.io, your incorrect there and I can prove it. I do not have several accounts, only I have one and my brother made one.

    I requested a cashout of all my winnings roughly ($232,000) all of which I won at around 11am which you can clearly see in the emails between me and casino admin, even them informing me that im fully verified.

    My brother did not make his account untill after 7pm Saturday evening therefore all my winnings were accrued before this duplicate account was made and therefore should not by subject to confiscation, which is clearly stated in your T&Cs

    I totally get that duplicate accounts are not allowed and i agree with your decision to cancel both our accounts but you should pay my winnings out in full as they were won way before my brother made his duplicate account.

    I have emails from when my brothers account was made to when I spoke to casino admin to verify my account and request cashout if you would like

     If i was in the wrong i would gladly accepct it, 2 weeks prior I used a 3rd party payment method for a small deposit to test the site out and i won nothing. 2 weeks later I used my own payment method and won over 60k in which this confiscated and I was happy with that decision because I violated there T&Cs and it states that the casino does not accpect payment from 3rd party sources.

     Even after communicating with there customer support through live chat, they even agree with me that my winnings should not be confiscated because there were accrued before the duplicate account was made and asked me to put in writing my claim to the casino admin which I have done twice and are still awaiting their response,

    I have not withdrawal with direx group for long time. but back to my first day with bitstarz the day I lost about nearly 2 BTC in a day.

  • They are trying to say I have another duplicate account which was active during my winnings; only because I played off my phone for like 1 hr at my friends house on his Wi-Fi, so I was under his IP address. I can prove to them that this account is linked to a different name and household address; and that if this account is the reason my account and winnings were confiscated then why is my friends account still active and is allowed to make withdrawals.

    If bitcoincasino.io failed to refund me due to a technical issue with their game revolving around fairness, i can gaurentee that they won't compensate you for your winnings. I got banned on bitcoincasino.io trying to fight for what is owed to me and the same will happen to you. This casino is not legit i do hope that we both find a resolution but it does not seem likely.

    we regret to tell you that one of the duplicate accounts was really created before you won, in which case we had to follow the terms, particularly, "Only one Account for each household, IP Address, PC is allowed", and that is why the winnings were confiscated.

    We have also sent the evidences to the LCB representatives, please stay patient and let's wait for their conclusion. Thank you for understanding!

  • Hi Bitcoincasino, this account is my friends account it is registered to a completely different household address and this account is still active and making withdrawals and I have evidence of this. Both our accounts were successfully verified through your KYC procedure. Are you guys saying that you missed this said duplicate account when you guys verified?

    If this account was the reason my account was closed and winnings confiscated then why was it not brought up 3 weeks ago when you guys confiscated 60k on my winnings for using a third party payment method. I accept this confiscation as i clearly violated your terms. I then asked your casino representative that will any of my further winnings be confiscated and your response was "if you don't violate any rules of our casino, the funds wont be confiscated"; indicating to me that my account is now clear to play, and you guys allowed me to continue to play on your casino for 3 weeks.

    You are a joke to the crypto gamling community, i will be fighting on behalf of everyone scammed by this casino. You are not a legal casino that is properly licensed under curacao law, you just claim you are.

    (Your reputation is already shattered on the forums, you should have thought twice before disabling my undo bets option & failing to provide actual evidence from evolution gaming). 

    My lawyers will be requesting full financial documentations, we believe that bitcoincasino.io is planning an exist scam on their VIP players while repossessing their funds in a unfair/illegal manner.

  • Hi Bitcoincasino, there's nothing in your t&c that states you must only play the ip address you created your account from. It says "Creating multiple Player Accounts can lead to termination of all such accounts". I never created multiple accounts, I only played on another IP address. 

    So if someone happened to play on a public wifi and someone else from another country happened to play on the same wifi months apart, does that count as a duplicate account when the 2 people have to link whatsoever ?

  • Firstly I would like to say thank you to LCB moderators for helping me with my complaint and to Bitcoincasino for doing the right thing and agreeing to pay out my winnings. Bitcoincasino have agreed to pay out my winnings which were accrued before a duplicate account was made. They have paid me out 102,000 $ but there is still substantial amount of money missing. My balance before this was this was over 220,000 and I have only been paid lest than half.

You can withdraw these funds according to the withdrawal limits (15,000 EUR per week). This is what could be done and what we consider reasonable in this case.     All your winnings which accrued before 6th May 2020 (that's when your  brother''s account was created) have been returned. The total winnings before 6th May are $102k.

    According to the casino's T&C's you can have only one account per household/ IP address. Therefore, your brother's account is considered to be a multiple account.

    We've just received the evidence from the casino showing the date when your brother created his account at BitcoinCasino.io and your winnings which accrued after that date. Therefore, we consider this case resolved.

    The main point of our case revolves around 3.4.3, your machine failed to detect a vital error that caused a malfunction in the undo/redo bets option which falls under detecting corruption. The game also failed to cease play to prevent incurred losses while the malfunction was present.


    The plaintiff is requesting full compensation of deposits totalling 0.14988074BTC & 11.1926765ETH if settled prior to September 1st.


    The plaintiff is requesting 150,000USD for cost of international legal fees, misappropriation of funds & emotional damages if agreement cannot be made prior to September 1st.

  • Hello!  I have been playing on this casino for a couple of years. Last night I made a deposit into my account. 

    I was happily playing a long when the screen went blank and said 403 FORBIDDEN.  Now I cannot access the account whatsoever.  I have been playing at this site, depositing, withdrawing and never an issue.

    If I live in a jurisdiction that the casino does not allow and just now they are enforcing it, then I deserve notification or something  not just block my account.

    this is not right.
