Hi Fourm, My name is Kevin Williams, i am fully verified on BETIBET. But my withdrawls has been pending for the last 72 hours. My VIP manager has been trying his best to help (Jimmy) but the finance department gives him little to none information to work with. Good to note that I've withdrawed before and it has taken up to 30 minutes. But this has been the longest and i am left sitting like a duck waiting for my funds. I am at the point where i might have to report this to Curaco e-gaming if i dont get my funds sooner or later. Please advice what would you do in a situation like this. This is not my first rodeo on online gambling I've been around for years and many gambling sites.

Seven days ago prox.. I made a lot of money at the Bet casino. Everything was fine. They paid me out €10,000, and I had around €40,000 left in my account. I kept playing my game ‘Hit Slot’ nonstop. At one point, while playing at max bet, a window popped up saying ‘session expired.’ By the time I reloaded the page and waited for it to load, I had lost everything. Nothing was left in my account. Over €35,000. I immediately contacted my VIP manager, who said he forwarded my request to check the game’s validity. That request ended up taking more than three days. In the meantime, I didn’t wait for them to resolve it and inform me of the outcome. I continued making deposits from my bank and deposited a total of €5,500 over three days… which I lost on another game without any problems. After three days of waiting for their response regarding the malfunctioning game, I finally received an email from them stating, ‘Your account has been deactivated, the administrator has decided so.’ I am reaching out to you sincerely, as a person who is very disappointed and angry about this scam. People like this don’t deserve to operate and steal people’s money. This is a huge scam associated with this site. I am truly helpless and don’t know what to do. That’s why I am turning to you. I have written over 200 emails to them in the past few days, and they keep repeating the same story, making a fool out of me. Naturally, I haven’t received any response to my last few emails in the past two days. I contacted Curacao Gambling, hoping that someone will have mercy and help me. I also hope that someone among you will help me. The only evidence I have is email correspondence with times and details. Of course, I no longer have access to my account and can’t take screenshots!
