  • Loyalty points, bonuses, free spins.......doesn't matter what I ask for I'm always told that I have not EARNED the right to recieve any bonuses, excepct they are nice enought to say I have the ongoing 10%  deposit bonus.....ohhhhh 10% whole percent. I'm sorry if $4000 in losses isn't worth earning anything at your casino. And I'm not about to waiste another penny to find out just excatly how much I need to lose before I can EARN a little respect there!!!

  • Yup.......no need to play somewhere whee you don't get reward for you loyalty, there are HUNDREDS of other online casino's out there that offer depositing customers all kinds of perks......and by the way, when I asked for the loyaly top off, I had lost over $300.00 without earning enough points to even cash in!!!!  It's whatever though, if they would rather lose customers and give themselves a bad reputation instead of showing people a little appreciation then thats thats their problem.....I for one would NOT recommend this site to anyone!!

  • I get the whopping 10% that was the opening offer, but in over a year I have gotten an extra 10% ONCE and I believe I had to contact you to get it because they claimed to have no knowlege of it....and I got 10 free spins ONCE.......THATS IT!!  Maybe if I made just a few small deposits I could understand that, but with the kind of money I had put on there I would expect a little more from a place......I get 40 free spins every Tues and 35% weekend match bonus on Thurs at Villento.....Casino Share gives me random free spins and usually 70 -100% weekend match bonuses and if I ever have a really bad losing streak both places usually give me some kind of bonus money just because I asked!!!     i used to play at all slots and all jackpots before the US ban, so that means i should be able to play there now, but one thing is that my account is locked.

    it was locked because my mother let me use her credit card once and they wanted all kinds of documentation even though i wasn't trying to cash out...anyways i sent in the documents multiple times and they still locked it. 

    i dont know my account numbers, cant find the emails.

    i really want to try microgaming again as i used to have really good luck on them.  compared to these tight-%#$ slots at rivals and RTG's...  seriously i went through $50 on rival today and didn't hit any win that was worth more than my bet lol.


    Did you go speak with someone from chat?  If this is a legitimate problem, then they should be able to hash it out, and unlock your account.  When they find problems, accounts get locked automatically for security purposes, and all you have to do is go talk to them, straighten it out, and they will unlock it for you if indeed it is not a security or multiple account issue with them.

    1 - Max. Bet Button - Purpose? So players could easily select to choose max. Bet? And what happens if a player accidentally clicks on it. Will the casino reverse the bet and give the player his/her money back? Of course not. I would consider this button to be a danger to the player - especially if the player is low in chips - this button is a death button. If a casino is truly looking out for the best interest of their players especially in the area of fair play why wouldn't the max.bet button come with a warning when clicked giving an option to continue or not or even better yet have the option to be able to toggle it off or on. With these options in place if the player chooses to continue or doesn't toggle it off - then if clicked - the player would be considered 100% responsible and liable for his/her decision.

    2 - Bonus Game - High/Low (Example) - Player needs pick whether the next card is higher or lower than the last card shown. Simple enough. When the player wins the total gets win added by trickling the coins into the balance. Clicking on the screen immediately displays the total balance. Here's my issue when a player is dealt an ace(highest card) or a deuce(lowest card) **note tie is considered a win, should this not be considered an automatic win? But it isn't. As a matter of fact in both cases with an ace the option to select high or with a deuce the option to select low is still available. Why? In hopes that the player would lose a hand that would be normally and should be considered a guaranteed win?

    Casinos need to make money to operate - it's a business. However I believe it should protect and be prepared to do what's best for its players especially in the area of fair play/gaming as these are the same players who support and fund their casinos' operation. It should not resort nor need to make extra money$ from these players with such means as the ones I have stated above. Perhaps this a glitch and will be corrected. Perhaps MicgroGaming software operated casinos will address this issue to Microgaming. Perhaps players will see that the casinos are looking out for their best interest and will do what it takes to protect their players. Perhaps.

  • sorry this post is not about all slots or all jackpots but in respone to sweetlummi, that max button happened to be a savior!!  I was given 40 free spins on The Osbournse at another casino and won a whole $3.00 off it, when the free spins were done I was asked if I wanted to continue playing and hit yes and spin......didn't even realize that when they switched me to real play that it was preset to MAX bet and I just waisted almost all my winnings in one shot.....I got so mad when nothing at all hit....BUT then the game just froze....turns out I hit one of those randomly triggered bonus games where you pick a present and won $150 off it!!!! But other than that I would have to disagree about the max bet being a way for casinos to make money.....we are all adults [or should be] and if we can register an account than we can obviously read..It's our responsiblity to pay attention to what buttons we are ppushing not the casino's......plus at land casino's all the slot machines have a max bet button too.......!

In fact I have not received any type of bonus in well over a year. Seems like when I joined a few years ago I was getting something every two months or so.     Regarding the bday bonus, i assume that they do not give away exactly how you can be eligible for that bonus, cause otherwise it would attract a lot of bonus hunters once that info is available...it is not your case, but this is the most logical reason why they do not give away the exact requirements and they stay with a generic "recent activity at the casino"

  • I find it very hard to believe that they don't give out info on how become bonus eligable because it would attract bonus hunters......if $4000 in loss isn't enough to "earn" a bonus, I'm sure your bonus hunters will NOT be coming here to find one. Still I keep my account just to see if in the future as your support always tells me if I get a bonus...As soon as they treat me like my business is important to them is when I will start depositing again....untill then just waiting for this future of bonuses!!

    Unluckly US at the moment don't get new games sad not our decision off course...they do get any kind of bonuses, not just the 10%, depends all on activity, the more you play, the best bonus you will receive...

  • Well I had a very good run at all jackpots casino Last nite started off with a 25.00 deposit. Did good at the slots up and down landed up with 300.00 then it was getting late so i said its do or die.  So I went for the gusto I play so many diffrent slots my money was going up and up now i was at 1500.00 I contine  to play and it still was going up now its at 18 hundred and change trying to make 2000.00 well now the casino starts messing with me login me out cant sign on so I call support at 3am in the morning and have them check to see what the problem is so I log back on and bam withdrawl before i start losing.  Once they start messing with your account that is when you start losing.  for all the money that i have put into all jackpots this was my first win at all jackpots.  Now waiting for the wire transfer in 15 days they said so lets see what happens.  Thank you all jackpots.
