I'll add a little tidbit of information I found out today. Firstly, Mr.O has been nothing but good to me, withdrawals always processed within minutes, plenty of free spins and free chips since I've joined. Lately, I've been having a bit of a rough patch everywhere to be honest. Today I noticed I had 140 comp points which equals $1.40. Played around with it for a while and turned it in to $55. Requested a withdrawal and after 15 minutes noticed the $55 was back in my account. Checked withdrawal logs and it was denied and stated $35 max withdrawal. I thought they must've confused this with a free chip or free spins or maybe I left a few cents in my account before claiming the comp points.
