Sip into Dry January with a Rosemary Ginger Sparkle⁠ ⁠Mockatil
⁠Make the perfect mocktail for Dry January! ⁠ Rosemary Ginger Syrup:⁠ 1 cup water⁠ 1 cup sugar⁠ 1/2 cup fresh rosemary sprigs⁠ 2-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced thinly⁠ ⁠ Combine water + sugar over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the rosemary + ginger and simmer for 5-7 minutes to infuse. Remove from heat and steep for 15 minutes. Strain + store in the fridge.⁠ Mocktail:⁠ 2 oz rosemary ginger syrup⁠ 3 oz pear juice⁠ 1 oz fresh lemon juice⁠ 3 oz sparkling water⁠ Ice⁠ ⁠

Easy Pumpkin Bread Recipe
⁠Wet Ingredients:⁠ 1 cup pumpkin⁠, 1/2 cup neutral oil⁠, 2 eggs⁠ Dry Ingredients:⁠ 1 1/2 cups of sugar⁠, 1 2/3 cups of flour⁠, 1/2 tsp baking soda⁠, 1/2 tsp baking powder⁠, 1/2 tsp clove powder⁠, 1/2 tsp nutmeg⁠, 1/2 tsp cinnamon⁠, 1 tsp salt⁠ ⁠ Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Mix wet ingredients, allow pumpkin to absorb the oil. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together. Slowly combine wet and the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and bake uncovered for 1 hour.

All About Fermented Foods
