[1]. Get All Medals! Recommended Approach
This is a point-and-click game, so in the walkthrough I will just list the objects you must click without repeating "click" on each sentence.
If you must click two or more things in quick succession I will list them on the same step separated with the words "followed by".
Whoever the foreign creature is, it will be referred to simply as "creature".
Follow all steps for all scenes and you will obtain all medals.
Scene 1 the office
1. Creature (guy with the hat)
2. Orange hair agent
3. Keyboard and blue cutter on the desk

Scene 2 the hospital
1. Blood bag

1. Each of the creature's dogs when they are idle

1. Cup of tea on table
2. Rat on the corner of the window
3. White label water to the upper right and then the boiler below the stove
4. Boiler again
5. Stove followed by girl after she picks up the boiler but before she throws away the water

One for each possible ending in Bonus Scene 2, depending if finish by clicking the knife that the guy is holding or the gun in the drawer.
A Cup of Tea secret medal
Click the cup of tea before clicking the rat in Bonus Scene 1.
Milk Shake secret medal
Click the milk on the table before clicking the door in Scene 6 of normal playthrough.
