Ingredients: 50 g salted butter 200 g mini marshmallows 50 g powdered milk 1/2 cup pistachios 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries 1/2 dried cranberries ~ 100 g salted crackers - Melt butter in a non-stick pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and add marshmallows. - Mix until everything has melted together, add milk powder and mix until you have a smooth paste. Remove from the heat and add the rest of the ingredients. - Mix quickly and press out into a lined pan dusted with powdered milk. - Press firmly to create straight edges and dust the top with powdered milk. Let set at room temperature (approx. 1 hour) and cut. - Store in an airtight container a

Jaida Ow on Instagram: "Healthy Magnum Ice Cream 🍦honestly, nothing beats that first bite into the chocolate shell 🤤✨ 🥣Ingredients: For Ice Cream Base: 2 ripe bananas, peeled 2 tbsp peanut butter 150g Greek yogurt 50ml milk 1 tsp coconut oil For Coating: 200g milk chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil Almond nuts, blended 📝 Steps: 1. Blend all the ingredients for the ice cream base until smooth. 2. Pour into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours until set. 3. Double boil the chocolate until melted and smooth. Add coconut oil. 4. Remove bars from molds, dip in melted chocolate, and place on parchment paper. Freeze for 15-20 minutes to set."

Apples: 2 large apples, cut into cubes 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg Batter: 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 155 g 2 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 large egg 2/3 cups whole milk 1 tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 3 cups oil, for frying Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp milk Leftover juices from apples •Add oil to a pot and attach a thermometer.
