AT THE END!! 👇🏻Here’s my review of each: Muscle Milk (Vanilla) - So many processed ingredients; 25g protein + 6g fiber is OK (better than many of the other options), but because of the ingredients I wouldn’t recommend leaning on this one for a convenient option! OWYN Protein Shake (Cookies & Creamless) - 20 grams of protein which is good, flavor is SO good! Less processed ingredients than the others. Has 4g of sugar BUT also 5g of fiber. Love that it’s free of top allergens. Core Power Elite (Strawberry) - Flavor is great, ingredients aren’t awful but there are better options that don’t use sucralose or maltodextrin. JOCKO Molk (Chocolate) - 30g protein for 180 calories - not a bad ratio. Ingredients are amazing considering it
