**Tandoori Chicken Nuggets Recipe:** Blend 400g boneless chicken, 5 garlic cloves, 1/2-inch ginger, 5 small onions, 1/3 cup coriander leaves, 2 tbsp tandoori chicken masala, 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, salt to taste, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 egg, and 4 slices milk bread. Grease hands, shape into nuggets, refrigerate 15 mins. Prepare panko mixture: Mix 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs, 1 tbsp tandoori chicken masala, 1 tsp chili powder, and salt. Whisk 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp pepper, a pinch of salt for egg mixture. Dip nuggets in egg mixture, coat with panko crumbs. Refrigerate. Air fry or deep fry until golden brown. Enjoy! 🍽️
