is the basic qualities and the intelligence, simply fixed traits. It somehow shows that a fixed mindset is simply giving an energy of ‘this is enough’ or ‘that’s ok,’ something that is lacking

There are negative words that were stated on what not to say to someone such as “Anxiety? Just breath, you’ll get over it,” “Panic Attack? You are just overreacting, just relax.” These words are not suitable for someone who has unstable mental health because it is not helping them at all, it just makes them worry and worsens the situation. Instead of saying those, we can say to them that we are happy to help them or stay with them until help arrives. Sometimes, hearing positive words can help us lessen negative feelings or thoughts that mental health gives. Dr. Joan Mae Perez Rifareal gave us something that we can do, or as she calls CRUMBS (from the term Cookie Crumbs). This word is from the Bio-Psycho-Social Approach to health and well being during the Covid

Having a fixed mindset is bad for someone because having a fixed mindset is most likely having a negative mindset such as fear of failure, negative thoughts, easy to give up on something difficult, ignoring feedback, avoiding

Our next inspirational guest speaker is Jerico Silvers, a Published Author, and Mental Health Advocator. His message to us is, student life is fun You can develop different skills while we are at school, there is an opportunity to meet new people at school because after we study, there are possibilities that we lose friends, time, and fun. Stand up for your bullies, even if it's your own family, the reason that students are having pressure is because of their own family, and lack of support from them As stated by Mr Silvers, “Do not take it to your breaking point, do not endure it until you can't breathe anymore.” This statement is what we should also remember because we are more than what our family thinks of us. Next, do not cheat or

procrastinate. Th procrastinate, ou is okay to do tha of mindset can h as we grow old, affecting our m develop good h “You can transf shared his story painter to write

Our last inspirational speaker is a singersongwriter, Ms. Denise Julia. She worked in the music industry, she was a public speaker before and had a competition in public speaking. A friend of hers told her that she has a great voice when singing and when Ms Denise checks out, she knows what her friend means. At the age of 18, she wanted to write her own songs, she did not want to cover songs because she wanted to be known by herself, just by her own music, by her own sound. Her success in being a woman was featured in the New York times. She stated this because most of the artists in the Philippines are dominated by men, and for Ms. Denise, it is a big achievement of success as a woman. However, she has her failures. At night, she would have panic attacks, because of the pressure when writing a song, to please the di h li M D i J li d i d
