The purpose of this research study was to investigate how organizational justice influences organ... more The purpose of this research study was to investigate how organizational justice influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), taking into account the moderating effect of transformational leadership. Organizational justice was assessed through distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice, while organizational citizenship behavior was evaluated based on altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, courtesy, and sportsmanship. Data was collected from randomly chosen universities in Punjab using a questionnaire survey, and 1 120 responses were obtained over a three-month period. The findings revealed a significant and positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Additionally, it was observed that transformational leadership plays a significant moderating role in the association between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Furthermore, this research provides important understanding for the administration of educational organizations, indicating that enhancing beliefs of fairness and equity among teachers and scholars can enhance the overall efficiency of their institutions in Pakistan.

Deviance behavior by employees overcomes the organization efficiency and performance. In order to overcome such deviance behavior in an organization, leader role becomes very important to change the attitudes, beliefs and behaviors of employees. The purpose of this research study is to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment, transformational leadership and workplace deviance behavior. For this research study, the data is collected from the telecommunication sector of Pakistan. It is empirically investigated in this research study that psychological empowerment given to employees is the significant factor for decreasing the workplace deviance behavior in an organization and transformational leadership also plays a significant role to overcome such deviance behavior by employees.

Correlation test is used in order to identify the nature of relationship b/w foreign direct investment (FDI), export and economic growth (GDP). A simple linear regression model is used in order to identify the influence of export and foreign direct investment (FDI) on economic growth (GDP). Previous researches illustrates that there is a mix result exists b/w export, foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth (GDP). In our case of Asian countries, it is recognized that positive relationship exists b/w export, foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth (GDP). It is also identified in our case that there is a moderate regression exists in relationship of export, foreign direct investment (FDI) and economic growth (GDP).
